Eric Trump dishes on who debanked family, says ‘now every one of them… kisses your a**’

The Trump family has faced the wrath of the irate left and the many institutions they control, including the banking business.

Prior to President Donald Trump’s first term, the family’s financial situation was largely handled by banks eager to do business with such a successful family. Now, however, it’s not only popular but encouraged to malign the Trump name and even refuse to do business with them based on politics.

First Son Eric Trump spoke to Breitbart Editor-in-Chief Alex Marlow to drop names: (Relevant portion begins at 41:17)

“The debanking you and your family went through was even more extensive than I knew. The list of banks is just shocking,” Marlow said. “Where are we at with some of these banks? Has any of them made amends? Capital One seems like was a really bad one. Have any reached out since and said ‘we got that wrong’ or does that continue?”

“Well, I just sued Capital One, it was the worst by far. It was 300 bank accounts that were turned off almost instantaneously. Left us high and dry, I can’t tell you the amount of sleepless nights for dozens and dozens and dozens of people, Trump responded.

“Capital One was horrible, Bank of America was horrible, JPMorganChase was horrible, First Republic was horrible, Shopify, the big e-commerce platform, was absolutely terrible, terrible people. Aon Insurance, the largest insurance broker in this country, we had done insurance with them for 30 years, they put us out like we were dogs,” he continued. “The list is long and distinguished, but it’s amazing, Alex, now every one of them comes back and kisses your ass.”

For those who remember, JPMorgan had a difficult time deciding whether to debank Jeffrey Epstein despite a number of internal warnings. Internal sources pushed for his expulsion from the bank’s client list, but the higher-ups had close relationships with Epstein and nothing was done to distance the institution from the man who would go on to become a registered sex offender.

Eric Trump’s book “Under Siege” details exactly the kind of backlash his family has faced since his father, President Donald Trump, first cast his MAGA hat in the presidential ring. The book is on sale now and is seeing an incredible amount of success:
