The top House Oversight Committee Republican said that lawmakers have now gathered substantial evidence of President Joe Biden and his family’s foreign influence-peddling schemes and that he intends to reveal it this week.
Rep. James Comer (R-Ky.) joined Fox News anchor Maria Bartiromo on this week’s “Sunday Morning Futures” where he outlined the latest developments in the probe of the “criminal” scheme involving the Biden clan.

Comer, who chairs the powerful committee said that he and Senator Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) received information from a whistleblower implicating Biden in a “pay-for-play scheme” for him and his family to receive money in exchange for foreign policy decisions, and that the information will be made public on Wednesday.
“Based on the fact that nine different Biden family members have been receiving payments from a web of LLCs that are receiving payments from adversaries around the world, this fits a pattern of questionable behavior that the Biden family members have been doing to receive funds,” Comer told the host. “So we take this whistleblower claim very seriously. We know it exists. We know the FBI has the document. I can tell you this, the Biden family have received a lot of payments from the Chinese Communist Party, from entities that are state-owned entities”
Last week, acting on the whistleblower’s information, Comer subpoenaed FBI Director Christopher Wray for an unclassified document alleged to show that Biden was part of a “criminal scheme” involving an unnamed foreign national and bribery in exchange for policy decisions during his time as Barack Obama’s vice president.

“We don’t believe this was just a coincidence that all these Biden family members were receiving money from this web of LLCs into their personal bank accounts,” Comer added. “We believe this was done in exchange for something that then-vice President Biden and now-President Biden would have done. So this whistleblower is going to provide some very crucial information to our investigation, and we’ve given the FBI until May the 10th to produce this document. So the ball is in the FBI’s court with respect to this whistleblower.”
The congressman told Bartiromo that he is one-hundred percent certain that the document exists.
He has also urged the Justice Department to hold off on any potential indictment of presidential son Hunter Biden until after Wednesday.
“By all accounts from the media reports that we’re getting, what they’re looking at charging Hunter Biden on is a slap on the wrist. It’s a drop in the bucket,” he continued. “So Wednesday will be a very big day for the American people in getting the facts presented to them so that they can know the truth, and then the Department of Justice can finally do what they should have done years ago.”
“Well, obviously, the president’s son’s committed many crimes, many crimes,” Comer said. “I mean, you’re looking at potential money laundering. Jonathan Turley comes on Fox all the time and talks about how he was essentially a foreign agent for countries like China. He’s an unregistered foreign agent. These are serious crimes. You’ve got the possible racketeering. I mean, the list goes on and on and on.”
Comer said that the information that will be presented Wednesday should “clear the way” for the Justice Department to launch a criminal investigation into Biden and his clan.
In related news, a bombshell report alleges that a respected former federal prosecutor contacted the DOJ in 2018 on behalf of an unnamed Ukrainian official that then-vice president Biden”exercised influence to protect” Hunter Biden’s employer in exchange for money.
“Retired Little Rock, Ark., U.S. Attorney Bud Cummins wrote then-New York U.S. Attorney Geoffrey Berman on Oct. 4, 2018 that then-Ukraine Prosecutor General Yuriy Lutsenko was willing to travel to the United States to present evidence about the Bidens and Burisma Holdings,” according to Just the News.
“Lutsenko believes ‘VP Biden (and Sec State Kerry) exercised influence to protect Burisma Holdings in exchange for payments to Hunter Biden, (business partner) Devon Archer, and Joe Biden,’ Cummins emailed Berman,” the outlet reported.
Hunter Biden and business partner Devon Archer were both hired as members of the Board of Burisma Holdings, a Ukrainian gas company, while Joe Biden was running policy with the notoriously corrupt nation as Obama’s veep, despite the crack-smoking, sexual degenerate having no actual experience in the industry.
“I can’t really imagine a legitimate reason for the DOJ not to follow up on an offer like that. I felt like it was stonewalled,” Cummins said.
“There’s not going to be anybody left for a Christmas picture if the DOJ did their job and went in there and indicted everyone that has any type of fingerprints involved in this influence-peddling scheme,” Comer previously told Bartiromo. “I mean it’s the entire family.”
