Former Fox News host Gretchen Carlson is speaking out after President-elect Donald Trump appointed one of her ex-colleagues as his secretary of defense.
Hegseth’s appointment has triggered leftists into a predictable meltdown as they determine him to be unworthy of the role. Carlson spoke out against Hegseth on X, appearing to undermine the work he’s done at Fox as “silly diner interviews.”
“From silly diner interviews on Weekend Fox and Friends to Secretary of Defense? I never thought I’d say I’m stunned about any pick after the election but nominating Pete Hegseth for this incredibly important role? Yes he’s a veteran … and?” she wrote.

And your expertise to make this opinion valid is in what? Did you serve, were you an Army Ranger who did tours in the Middle East? Do have degrees from Ivy League schools. Please spare me your opinion on a topic you know nothing about.
