‘Fake ghetto hoodrat!’ Blaze TV host manhandled out of town hall after she lets Jasmine Crockett have it

BlazeTV host Sara Gonzales found out firsthand just how quick the Democratic base will resort to violence when she called Rep. Jasmine Crockett (D-Texas) a “fake ghetto hoodrat.”

Attending a town hall event on Thursday featuring Crockett, Gonzales was manhandled at the event when she exposed the performative lawmaker as “a spoiled rich kid from Missouri.”

As Crockett talked about how she used to “stay at my granny’s house,” Gonzales called out, “Jasmine! The people of Dallas deserve better than a fake ghetto hoodrat! Do they know you’re a rich kid from Missouri? Do they know you’re a spoiled rich kid from Missouri?”

While Crockett presents herself as having “ghetto” roots, she had a somewhat privileged upbringing. Her father was a teacher, preacher, and counselor with an Ed.D. in Counseling and Human Development, and her mother was a retired postal worker. She attended prestigious schools, including Mary Institute and St. Louis Country Day School, and Rosati-Kain High School, an all-girls Catholic school. Crockett can be seen in early videos speaking without the “ghetto” drawl she now employs regularly.

Members of the audience shouted Gonzales down, and at one point, a black woman aggressively told her, “Get your ass out of here!”

“Don’t touch me! Get her off me!” the BlazeTV host could be heard shouting back.

As Gonzales again yelled, “Do your people know you’re a spoiled rich kid from Missouri,” a man who appeared to be with Crockett began screaming in her face, “Get out! Get out!”

As she was physically removed from the town hall by the man who was wearing sunglasses, Gonzales could be heard screaming, “Get off me! Get the f**k off me!”

Crockett was also confronted by another woman over her racist attacks on “white boys.”

The woman called out, “Jasmine, why do you hate white people? Why are you racist towards white people?”

Gonzales earned plenty of props for going into what can only be seen as enemy territory and calling out Crockett for her duplicity — here’s a quick sampling of responses to the story, as seen on X:
