Feds quietly released illegal border crossing data to avoid attention

Feds quietly released the illegal border crossing stats to the public on Saturday, likely hoping they wouldn’t draw too much attention but the numbers are atrocious.

Customs and Border Patrol (CPB) released data showing that September shattered the record for the highest number of encounters with illegal immigrants taking place at the border. Approximately 2.4 million crossed the border this fiscal year which is also a record number. That beats the last record of 2.3 million, which was set in the previous fiscal year.

The Saturday morning news dump appears to be an effort to release the data under the radar in the hope that no one will pay any attention to it with everything else that is going on currently.

A staggering 169 potential terrorists were encountered by the Border Patrol according to the stats.

Summit News is reporting that’s “more than all previous years combined, but with 1.6 million ‘gotaways’, how many just slipped across unnoticed?”

It gets much, much worse. The San Diego Field Office Intelligence Division of Customs and Border Protection also sent out a memo that gave an extremely disturbing warning that Hamas, Hezbollah, and Palestine Islamic Jihad are possibly crossing the border.

“San Diego Field Office Intelligence Unit assesses that individuals inspired by, or reacting to the current Israel-Hamas conflict may attempt travel to or from the area of hostilities in the Middle East via circuitous transit across the Southwest border,” the memo asserted.

“Foreign fighters motivated by ideology or mercenary soldiers of fortune may attempt to obfuscate travel to or from the US to or from countries in the Middle East through Mexico,” the memo continued.

Of course Customs and Border Patrol waits until Saturday morning to release the new disastrous border numbers so that no one is paying attention.

So we understand what the invasion looks like

• 267 terrorists (these were caught imagine how many got through?)

• 8M+ illegal aliens since Biden took office

• 72,823 illegal special interest aliens (from countries that harbor terrorism) over the last 2 years

This is not an accident or a coincidence, this is deliberate by Democrats and it will destroy our country.

House Republican Homeland Security Chairman Mark Green of Texas branded the latest numbers as evidence of the administration’s “refusal to enforce the law and secure our border.”

“This fiscal year may have ended, but the historic crisis at our Southwest border sparked by Secretary [Alejandro] Mayorkas’ policies rages on,” Green declared in a statement. “CBP and the Border Patrol continue to be completely overwhelmed by the flood of illegal immigration that has not stopped since he and President Biden took office. We also can’t forget about the 1.7 million known gotaways, some of whom may be seeking to cause the same type of devastation we saw in Israel on October 7.”

Sen. Josh Hawley (R-MO) sent a letter to Department of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas demanding to know what is being done about the “uptick in potential terrorist-linked illegal aliens” encountered at the southern border.

“I write with alarm regarding the uptick in potential terrorist-linked illegal aliens encountered at the southern border,” Hawley said in his letter. “This development follows the barbaric attack perpetrated by Hamas terrorists on innocent American and Israeli civilians.”

He added it was “imperative that [he] address this issue immediately to ensure the safety of American citizens, especially Jewish Americans, who are facing increased threats to their physical safety following the Hamas attack.”
