Florida Dems defend sexually perverted drag shows for kids: ‘just folx dancing in cute outfits’

Sunshine State Democrats wailed in outrage after Florida Governor Ron DeSantis showed that he’s dead serious about severe consequences for those who enable scantily clad performers at drag shows who strut their stuff in a lewd and lascivious manner in front of children and one state lawmaker downplayed the perverted nature of the controversial events.

On Friday, the DeSantis administration filed a six-count legal complaint against the Orlando Philharmonic Foundation, stating that it exposed “minor children to lewd sexual acts during a drag show that took place on December 28,” a move that could result in the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation revoking the venue’s liquor license, a strong message to other establishments who allow perverts to groom kids under their roofs.

“Governor DeSantis stands to protect the innocence of children, and the governor always follows through when he says he will do something,” the governor’s press secretary Bryan Griffin said in a statement.

The show in question was a Christmas-themed event billed as “A Drag Queen Christmas” that featured a skit with “Screwdolph the Red Nippled Reindeer” in which the lyrics for the beloved holiday classic song were subbed out with sexually degenerate filth.

According to the complaint, the show “featured numerous segments where performers engaged in acts of sexual conduct, simulated sexual activity, and lewd, vulgar, and indecent displays…”

The complaint strikes at the very heart of the left’s diabolical agenda to seduce impressionable young victims into the transgender lifestyle, a sick campaign that had largely been carried out in stealth mode until recently when videos of sexually explicit drag shows with men dressed up as women bumping and grinding for kids that were posted to social media have unleashed a torrent of justified outrage.

Florida Democrats took to Twitter to decry DeSantis’ action with one, Orlando’s Carlos Guillermo Smith, who proudly proclaims that he is a “history-making former Florida lawmaker LGBT  with pronouns of “He/him/él,” raging against what he called an “extreme abuse” of power.

“Ron DeSantis’ formal action to revoke Plaza Live’s liquor license for hosting Drag Queen Christmas is an extreme abuse of regulatory power that can have devastating economic consequences for this local business,” wrote Smith. “Why can’t parents decide what’s appropriate for their own kids?”

Key national voices in what many see as the groomer movement also decried the drag show complaint including transgender activist Alejandra Caraballo who recently testified before Congress and who accused DeSantis of “weaponizing the state to eliminate queer existence,” a typically hysterical untruth about those who are trying to protect children from the sexual predations of perpetually horny homosexual men.

Another Florida Democrat, State Rep. Angie Nixon suggested that the outrage over the events are much ado about nothing and admitted that she has taken her how kids to drag shows while falsely claiming that DeSantis has declared war on black history, an obligatory playing of the race card, a key component of nearly every Democrat counter-argument to those seeking to erect guardrails between Americans and the relentless imposition of the “woke” cultural agenda.

I’ve taken my teenage daughter to drag shows before. Ron DeSantis is literally trying to eliminate Black history & push out our LGBTQ friends. I know what’s appropriate for my child & this is taking away MY PARENTAL RIGHTS. Literally the show is just folx dancing in cute outfits,” Nixon wrote on Twitter.

Twitter users reacted to Rep. Nixon’s ridiculous assertion that the shows are merely “folx dancing in cute outfits” despite boatloads of video evidence of the explicit nature of the performances.

Democrats and other enablers of groomers and pedophiles can scream until they are blue in the face but Gov. DeSantis has put leftists on notice that Florida has zero tolerance for sickos.
