Democratic voters in Florida have elected a radical left socialist to challenge incumbent Sen. Ashley Moody, which seems to explain why Republicans dominate the Sunshine State.
Angie Nixon, a member of the Democratic Socialists of America, defeated carpetbagger Alexander Vindman in last week’s primary — this being the same Alexander Vindman who played a pivotal role in the first sham impeachment of President Donald Trump, who just referred to Nixon as “a Radical Left Lunatic” who would “go down to certain defeat” in November.
Ironically, Nixon is now trying to distance herself from the DSA, telling Axios, “I don’t campaign as a member of any organization. I don’t believe in labels.”
She is also attacking Republicans with labels, claiming “Make America Great Again” means returning to the Jim Crow era where black people “were being bombed.”

Suffice it to say, Nixon is not the sharpest tool in the shed. As for working across the aisle, should she be elected, Nixon was skeptical, claiming Republicans are “literally trying to kill us.”
“They’ve been doing it in the black community and now they are doing it even more so with ICE — ICE is now a paramilitary force that is designed to terrorize us,” The Democrat said.

The clips are coming in hot and heavy of Nixon’s extreme views. Given the current political climate in Florida, courtesy of Gov. Ron DeSantis, the Senate race should be a slam dunk for the GOP.
