Reverend Franklin Graham slammed the political group Evangelicals for Harris for its anti-Trump propaganda that features his famous father’s image in what he described as a misleading ad.
The group, which was previously named Evangelicals for Biden before the geriatric president was thrown overboard by a Nancy Pelosi-led mutiny last month, released the half-minute spot that opens with the legendary evangelist Billy Graham before attacking the GOP nominee.
Footage of the senior Graham, who passed away in 2018, is juxtaposed with a 2015 interview with pollster Frank Luntz – who is everywhere these days – asking the former president if he has ever asked God for forgiveness with Trump saying that he was unsure at the time.
Graham slammed the group in a post to X that featured a screenshot of the official “Morning Joe” account with the daily MSNBC anti-Trump hatefest promoting the ad.

“The liberals are using anything and everything they can to promote candidate Harris. They even developed a political ad trying to use my father @BillyGraham’s image,” he wrote.
“They are trying to mislead people. Maybe they don’t know that my father appreciated the conservative values and policies of President @realDonaldTrump in 2016, and if he were alive today, my father’s views and opinions would not have changed,” Graham said.
“On Wednesday, the group held a Zoom conference hosted by ‘reparations activist’ Ekemini Uwan, who has argued that ‘Whiteness is wicked’ and the police as an institution “needs to be destroyed and rebuilt. Policing was founded on the re-enslavement of Black people,'” Fox News reported.
“Evangelicals for Harris is a project of Faith Voters, a 501(c)4 organization,” the group states on its website, and is clearly a dishonest sham that’s being used to bamboozle people of faith into voting for Harris, the undemocratically installed figurehead of a party that champions moral depravity and is openly hostile to traditional Christian values.
Satan isn’t called the great deceiver for nothing.
The group fired back at Reverend Graham, accusing him of forsaking the Gospel and worshipping Trump.
The issue, Franklin, is that in your worship of Trump you have forsaken the Gospel.
We are voting for Harris but we only worship Jesus. Remember the calling to which you were called. You know the Lord’s grace is always ready to receive you. https://t.co/MpPz5OmKCg

“A loving God, the Good Samaritan, serving others, and a deep respect for all faith traditions — these experiences, teachings, beliefs, and values Vice President Kamala Harris grew up with have shaped her into the leader she is today,” the group’s website states in a section titled “Kamala’s Faith Story.”
“Her faith journey started when she was a little girl, singing in the children’s choir at the 23rd Avenue Church of God in Oakland, California, where she was born and raised. This was where she learned to have a living faith, one that expresses itself through one’s life, especially through service to others, particularly the vulnerable and powerless,” the website reads, notably not mentioning Jesus Christ.
“Like many people of faith, I have private conversations with God where I usually ask for the strength and protection to make good decisions and do the right thing,” says Harris in a quote featured on the website.
