Fury over ‘TWO tiered justice’ as conservative journo federally charged while Don Lemon remains on the loose

America’s two-tiered justice system appears to be alive and well even under the conservative Trump administration.

Conservative independent reporter Kaitlan Bennett has been doing on-the-ground interviews of leftist activists for years, and just revealed she’s been charged with a “federal crime” for doing so.

“I was charged with a FEDERAL CRIME by @NatlParkService in St. Augustine, Florida, for committing the GRAVE offense of asking Democrats questions on public property! Keep federal agents out of our cities… unless they’re locking up conservatives for different opinions! 🤔,” Bennet stated on X.

Bennett noted that she was slapped with the charges before leftist activist, “journalist” Don Lemon, who’s under fire for storming a Minneapolis church and intimidating the congregation.

“I got federally charged before Don Lemon, and I was just talking to people on the grass in a public park! @PamBondi @TheJusticeDept should look into this matter,” she further stated on X.

Bennett posted the scene when she was cited on YouTube and can be watched below:

It didn’t take long for Bennett’s news to travel, and X users sounded off with plenty of criticism for the park ranger who issued the ticket:

There was plenty of outrage over the two-tiered justice, too:

Perhaps the Bondi critics will be relieved to learn that she did announce the first arrest in the Minnesota church attack, nearly simultaneously as the Bennett story was breaking.

It remains to be seen if Lemon will face the same fate.
