President Donald Trump’s decision to build a grand ballroom has some leftists in knots.
Reposting an ABC News story on Trump’s project appearing “to have removed two historic magnolia trees on the White House grounds, as well as the Jacqueline Kennedy Garden,” Conway posed a question that many are having a hard time taking seriously.

Visible construction work on the new ballroom appears to have begun more than three weeks ago, according to satellite images of the White House complex taken over the last month. An image taken on Sept. 26 shows preparations for the construction, including the removal of multiple trees in President’s Park.
ADVERTISEMENTThe Jacqueline Kennedy Garden — established by first lady Edith Roosevelt as the Colonial Garden in 1903 adjacent to the East Wing — was also leveled during the demolition, according to satellite images. Earlier this year, Trump also paved over the Rose Garden, which was designed by the same architect who designed the Kennedy Garden.
