It’s official: Congressional Democrats and billionaire Elon Musk are now BOTH targeting President Donald Trump over the so-called Epstein files.
A group of congressional Democrats led by House Judiciary Committee ranking member Jamie Raskin sent a six-page letter to Attorney General Pam Bondi on Tuesday demanding she release any Epstein files that name Trump.
Raskin and his team of Democrats also called for the release of all of former Special Counsel Jack Smith’s notes and documents.
House Dems Demand Release of Epstein Files
It is absolutely wild watching some democrats like Jasmine Crockette and Eric Swalwell demand the Epstein files be released…

“It is not a coincidence that President Trump installed his personal legal team to top positions at the DOJ,” they wrote. “By doing so, DOJ has all but turned into President Trump’s personal law firm, ensuring that damaging information about him would remain hidden from public view.”
“The American people deserve uncensored answers and authentic transparency from this Administration and a full understanding of Mr. Trump’s actions. We call on you to stop protecting your boss and former client, release the Smith report in full without redactions immediately, and publicly release all documents in the Epstein files that mention or reference Donald Trump,” they added.
The Democrats even cited the old, since-deleted tweet from last month in which Musk angrily accused Trump of being in the Epstein files.
“His tweet, which has since been deleted, was clearly referring to records related to the investigation of Jeffrey Epstein, the convicted sex offender, in the possession of the FBI and DOJ,” they wrote.
Recall that Musk posted the tweet during his feud with President Trump over the now-passed “Big, Beautiful Bill.”

The Democrats also contrasted the 100+ hours that the FBI has reportedly spent reviewing the Epstein files with Bondi’s sudden announcement made earlier this week that there are no Epstein files.
“This raises the question of whether the White House has moved to prevent the declassification and public release of the full Epstein files because they implicate President Trump, and whether these massive redaction efforts and the withholding of the files were intended to shield your boss from embarrassing revelations within those files,” they wrote.
The letter was signed by all Judiciary Committee Democrats, including even the notorious Rep. Jasmine Crockett.
Dovetailing back to Musk, he, too, has been on the attack.
On Tuesday, he published a post to the social media platform X suggesting Trump is no longer trustworthy because of the DOJ’s Epstein announcement.

Then, when asked by another X user whether the party he’s working on creating, the American Party, will prioritize releasing the Epstein files, he replied, “100%.”

The “faith” tweet from Musk came a day after Trump ranted and raved on Truth Social about him and his America Party.
“I am saddened to watch Elon Musk go completely ‘off the rails,’ essentially becoming a TRAIN WRECK over the past five weeks,” the president wrote. “He even wants to start a Third Political Party, despite the fact that they have never succeeded in the United States – The System seems not designed for them.”
He also slammed Musk over his continued opposition to the “Big, Beautiful Bill.”
“It is a Great Bill but, unfortunately for Elon, it eliminates the ridiculous Electric Vehicle (EV) Mandate, which would have forced everyone to buy an Electric Car in a short period of time,” he wrote.
“I have been strongly opposed to that from the very beginning. People are now allowed to buy whatever they want – Gasoline Powered, Hybrids (which are doing very well), or New Technologies as they come about – No more EV Mandate,” he added.
