Leftist influencer Harry Sisson had plenty of excuses not to put his side’s political beliefs into action when asked.
Democrats love to suggest that illegal aliens deserve space in the United States, despite their first action in the country being to break the law. But when it comes to putting their money where their mouth is, not all of them have the follow-through. Take Sisson, for example, who had nothing but excuses ready when asked if he would be inviting illegal immigrants to share his home.
Watch:
Question: MA Gov Healey asked citizens to take illegals into their homes. Are you willing to do that?
Sisson: (Finally answers question…) Unfortunately, I will not be taking anybody in because I have a one bedroom in NYC. It’s very expensive.
Knowles: A lot of people in NYC… pic.twitter.com/xwiHj01i4p

“The question is, are you willing to do what [Massachusetts Governor] Maura Healey asked us to do, and house illegal immigrants in your own home? Because she asked us to do that. I wasn’t willing to do that, but I was wondering if you and your great heart, if you are willing,” a woman asked the influencer.
After much hemming and hawing, including calling out a laughing man in the background for being “very easily entertained,” and pointing out that the call was “voluntary,” he finally came around to answering the question in a more direct way.
“Unfortunately, I will not be taking anybody in because I have a one-bedroom in NYC. It’s very expensive,” he responded.
“Hold on, you have a one-bedroom? You don’t have a studio?” host Michael Knowles clarified. “A lot of people in NYC have studios. So you have an extra room?”
“No, I’m sorry. Unfortunately, for now, I don’t have any space. But if you have space in your home and want to play into a program that we’ve already had for a very long time, you can do so, but nobody is forcing you to take anybody in your home.”
“Wow. To hear ‘I live in a one-bedroom in New York, and I don’t have any space.’ That’s like a mansion in New York,” Knowles snarked.
“My one-bedroom is a shoe box,” Sisson said.
“I don’t think these migrants need a lot of space. You know, give them a nice little bed. Anyway…” Knowles said before continuing the debate.

Needless to say, X users were less than impressed:
We all know if Harry had a five bedroom house, he wouldn’t take any in, unless he could use them as full time household help.

I guess being a paid schill for the DNC isn’t paying as well as it used to. 🙃

Who remembers the amount of fanfare in Martha’s Vineyard when Ron Desantis gited them a bunch of illegal immigrants?
They promptly shipped them out to

“Unfortunately.” Yeah, Sisson is so upset about it.
