A teacher has been suspended after reports claim he showed a video of Charlie Kirk’s violent death to students in his class.
The Toronto District School Board is currently investigating a teacher accused of showing Kirk’s assassination to children, saying he deserved to die and then lecturing the students on transgender issues and anti-fascist ideology. A report in the Toronto Sun reveals that parents complained about the teacher after their kids came home, saying they were shown a violent, traumatizing video in the classroom. The video was of Kirk’s shooting, which quickly went viral on social media immediately following the incident.
The Corvette Junior Public School released a statement addressing concerns about the teacher as well as the students who were forced to witness such a horrifying event.

“We are writing to inform you about an incident that is reported to have taken place in your child’s class yesterday,” the statement reads. “During class, students were said to have been shown a portion of a violent video in response to questions being asked about a recent tragic event in the United States. The video is believed to have been shown once by a staff member supervising the class who is not the homeroom teacher. While an investigation must still be conducted to learn all of the details, the report of this incident is extremely troubling and completely unacceptable.”
The statement goes on to explain that the teacher “has been relieved of all teaching responsibilities pending the outcome of the investigation and will not be at the school.” Additionally, social workers will be “made available to the school” to support the students who witnessed the video.
“Several students from his class went home and complained to their parents, traumatized at witnessing the on-camera death, which they were forced to witness numerous times over,” the Toronto Sun reported, citing a “source close to the situation.”
“Parents subsequently reached out to school administrators, who will be putting him on leave at the start of the school day September 12th 2025,” the source continued, adding, “While playing this video repeatedly, he gave a speech to his students regarding anti-fascism, anti-trans, and how Charlie Kirk deserved for this to occur.”

He should be arrested and charge with child abuse. If the school won’t do it, the parents should get together and move forward with charges. He introduced trauma to many kids. That is abusive.
