Hillary Clinton claims Florida is unsafe for ‘multi-billion-dollar corporations’ – and oh, the mockery!

Twice-failed Democrat presidential candidate Hillary Clinton is once again stirring the pot by promoting the ridiculous narrative that Governor Ron DeSantis has made Florida into an unsafe place for blacks and gay people, but she drew much ridicule by also including “multi-billion dollar corporations” in an obvious reference to Disney.

The former senator and secretary of state continues to exert her toxic influence on the American body politic which she has done ever since the White House dreams of Slick Willie’s entitled spouse were spoiled by the bombastic real estate magnate Donald J. Trump and Rust Belt voters in the 2016 election.

Mrs. Clinton took to Twitter to join the piling on of DeSantis, who reportedly will be announcing his own White House candidacy during a Twitter Spaces interview with billionaire Elon Musk on Wednesday night, and was quickly made to regret her silly missive.

“Ron DeSantis’s ultra-MAGA Florida isn’t safe for people of color, LGBTQ+ people, or even multi-billion dollar corporations,” wrote Hillary.

The House of Mouse, a deep-pocketed donor to Democrats and Republicans alike, has waged war on DeSantis over his efforts to strip the Burbank-based multi-billion dollar corporation of the special privileged status that it has enjoyed since opening up a second theme park in the Sunshine State, an unfair advantage over every other company that operates in the state, and a showdown invited upon itself when it chose to side with perverts and groomers over the Florida parental rights bill.

The reaction to Hillary’s boomerang of a tweet was so intense that she disabled the comments but was unable to hold back the deluge of mockery that she invited upon herself.

“This is really the attack left wingers are going with? That Florida, which has gained over a million new residents since Ron Desantis became governor, isn’t safe for minorities or gay people? Does anyone actually believe this? The lies just keep getting crazier,” tweeted nationally syndicated talk radio host and Outkick founder Clay Travis.

Longtime NBC sportscaster Michele Tafoya quipped, “Oh, @HillaryClinton — I think someone hacked your Twitter account! Everyone says you are sooo smart and astute… So clearly this tweet can’t be from you! Because wise, intellectually honest people just don’t say stupid things like this. Hope you get it resolved.”

Others pointed out the absurdity of lumping in Disney with the purportedly persecuted elements of her party’s base, easily hoodwinked pawns who allow themselves to be used as cover for the “multi-billion dollar corporations” that write the checks.

Additional remarks by Twitter users might have Clinton considering just deleting the tweet altogether.

Clinton also provided a timely reminder that the trauma inflicted by her loss to Trump continues to linger with her obsession over the 2024 GOP frontrunner as strong as ever nearly eight years after her devasting election loss.

In an interview with the Financial Times editor Edward Luce at the esteemed British media outlet’s FT Weekend Festival in Washington, D.C. over the weekend, Clinton warned of the “end of democracy in United States” if Trump wins the 2024 election.

“Look, if Trump wins, which I do not believe will happen, let me just quickly say that. If in some scenario that were to happen, it would be the end of democracy in United States, it would be the end of Ukraine. It would become a… You know, he will pull us out of NATO if he wins again. And just like he pulled us out of the Iran deal, he pulled us out of the Paris Accords. He will pull us out of NATO,” she told Luce.

“And so when you asked this question, I mean, the list of potentially disastrous outcomes is longer than I have time to go over with you, but… It’s why we can’t permit it to happen,” Hillary added.

Clinton should have reason to be concerned about a second Trump presidency, at least on a personal level, due to a damning tidbit in the Durham report that was highlighted by CBS News investigative reporter Catherine Herridge.

“Because he’s only gotten worse. He is so angry that every one of their maneuvers to win the Electoral College… And remember, the Electoral College, is a terrible anachronism that, you know, has caused like, you know, people like me who win the popular vote not to be president. But that’s beside the point,” Clinton told FT, again taking aim at the Electoral College, which like Trump and the Russians is blamed for her defeat rather than her own failure to make the case to voters that she was deserving of the presidency.
