Homan has bad news for Mamdani: ‘He can scream… but ICE isn’t going anywhere’

Border czar Tom Homan has a tough message for New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani after his anti-ICE rant.

After the mayor said he wants “ICE out of our hospitals, ICE out of our streets, ICE away from our kids,” Homan had to deliver the crushing news that Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) isn’t going anywhere.

Watch:

“Well, look, these people haven’t changed. These are the same people that opened the border up, brought millions of people into the country, never apologized for it, they never change. Now they want to abolish the agencies in charge of finding and deporting them,” Homan said. “I don’t know what color the sky is in Mamdani’s world, but ICE isn’t going anywhere.

“We’re gonna be in New York City, we’re gonna be in New York State, we’re gonna keep enforcing the law. That’s why President Trump is in the Oval Office; the American people voted for a secure border, the most secure border in the history of the nation now, and they voted to enforce immigration law. That’s exactly what we’re going to do, in New York City and the other sanctuary cities,” he continued. “So he can scream and yell all he wants, he’s not gonna stop us from doing this job.”

He went on to point out that ICE agents are “moms and dads, too” and they “don’t hang their heart on a hood when they go to work,” but they are still under attack in these blue cities where they are sent to locate and apprehend those in the United States illegally.
