A Trump administration special advisor called out the “terrible shame” of House Republicans’ slow-walking impeachment as he alleged there was more than enough evidence against President Joe Biden for “high crime!”
“You cannot have a president who is at war with his own country…”

House Speaker Kevin McCarthy’s (R-Calif.) announcement on a “formal impeachment inquiry” related to alleged “abuse of power, obstruction and corruption” came as a half measure to America First Legal founder Stephen Miller who accused Biden of no less than human trafficking.
Joining syndicated radio host Mark Levin on his Sunday Fox News program “Life, Liberty & Levin,” the onetime special advisor to then-President Donald Trump expressed outrage and what Biden’s policies had done to national sovereignty as he called for Congress to get serious about accountability.
“I think it’s a terrible shame that so many in the House have taken such a narrow view, have imposed these restraints on themselves as to what impeachment means,” he told the host who had laid out the Constitution’s specific grounds regarding “treason, bribery, high crimes and misdemeanors.”
Responsible for helping craft the immigration policy in the previous administration, Miller reflected on the current state of the U.S.-Mexico border and contended, “What Joe Biden has done with the dissolution of our southern border, the eradication of our national sovereignty and the suspension of hundreds of pages of duly enacted immigration law satisfies every single condition of impeachment.”
“You cannot have a president who is at war with his own country, who is sabotaging on a daily basis the safety, the sanctity, the security of his nation,” he continued.
“Human trafficking is a felony. That is a high crime. If you human traffic a single individual, you could go to jail for many years. How many people has Joe Biden trafficked? Millions! How many children has he smuggled into this country? Millions! How many people have died as a result of the drugs that he has let in through his willful and deliberate policy choices? Hundreds of thousands,” asserted Miller.
“High crime! High crime! High crime!” he raged. “Every one of those is a basis to impeach and remove this man.”
To his point, earlier Sunday Fox News sources had captured video of a train “bursting with migrants” en route for the border leading to an outcry from sitting members of Congress like Arizona Rep. Andy Biggs (R) who said on X, “This is what an invasion looks like. Nothing about this is regular or lawful.”

Florida Rep. Cory Mills (R) added, “This must be stopped immediately. The @SenateDems must take up @GOPHouseOfRep passed H.R. 2, impeach @SecMayorkas for allowing our country to be invaded and American lives lost, and stop ALL funding to these nations who allow our borders to be overrun. Call your Senators and tell them to pass H.R. 2 Secure The Border Act.”
As Miller noted, the border crisis was just one more problem exacerbated by Biden to be considered, “on top of the bribery; on top of the influence-peddling; on top of the tax crimes; on top of all of that, his complete and total betrayal of the American public.”
Viewers reacted in accord with Miller’s position.

Thank you. Now if somebody in the house and the Senate just had the guts to do it
