Hundreds of national security officials endorse Trump, warn of WWIII with Kamala

Former President Donald J. Trump got a big pre-election boost when more than 400 national security officials, former cabinet members, and Gold Star families endorsed him over Kamala Harris who they slammed for “repeated failures” that have made the world a more dangerous place.

Unlike the neocons and warmongers who have come out in support of the Democrat nominee who will continue their costly and reckless foreign misadventures, the signers of the letter are backing Trump because the Biden-Harris administration has brought America and the world to the brink of WWIII.

The open letter, which was organized by former National Security Adviser Robert O’Brien and former National Security Council Chief of Staff Alex Gray, said that “securing peace” is “the legacy of Trump.”

“This year, the American people will make their voices heard at the ballot box. The 2024 presidential election comes at a critical time in world affairs,” the letter begins. “The policies of the Biden-Harris Administration have invited conflict, diminished America’s standing around the globe, and imperiled our national security. Over the last four years, peace throughout the world has been upended by America’s emboldened adversaries.”

“The Biden-Harris Administration’s foreign policy has been marked by repeated failures. From a world at peace under President Trump, we are closer to a third world war than ever before under the Biden-Harris Administration,” the officials wrote. “With multiple escalating wars around the world, an open border that allows terrorists to flood into the American homeland, and malign actors like China operating unabated, U.S. national security has been profoundly damaged by the failed policies of Kamala Harris and Joe Biden.”

“By contrast, the Presidency of Donald Trump focused on restoring peace throughout the world. This was supported by a strong American military and resolute international diplomacy. Though often confronted with fraught situations. President Trump time and time again, presented himself as a peacemaker,” the letter reads.

Among those signing the letter are former CIA Director and Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, former U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations, South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley, and former Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin.

Also signing the letter are 11 members of the families of the 13 American service members who were killed at Kabul airport’s Abbey Gate by a suicide bomber during the Biden-Harris administration’s chaotic 2021 evacuation from Afghanistan after they surrendered the country to the terrorist Taliban.

“When President Trump took office, the war in Afghanistan had dragged on for almost 16 years. By February 2020, a peace agreement was reached, ensuring no American soldier was killed in combat until the end of the Trump Administration,” the letter reads. “This agreement held strong because the Taliban understood President Trump’s resolve and U.S. forces were prepared to ensure their compliance.”

“The botched withdrawal from Afghanistan under the Biden-Harris Administration in 2021, led to the unnecessary deaths of thirteen brave American troops at Abbey Gate and left untold billions of dollars of high-grade military equipment to the Taliban, making it the most well-armed terror organization in the world,” states the letter which was also signed by dozens of retired U.S. ambassadors and retired military officials as well as officials from previous Republican administrations.

The letter comes as the disastrous leadership of Biden and Harris has the Middle East on the verge of exploding into a regional war and the increasingly reckless escalation in Ukraine, likely soon to include a green light for the Zelenskyy regime to begin lobbing U.S.-provided long-range missiles deep into Russia, a nuclear powerhouse.

How much of a puppet will Harris be for the America-last warmongers?

Liz Cheney is now out campaigning with her after she and her father Dick Cheney endorsed the neocon establishment’s diverse new face for their wars abroad and neglect at home.

“Securing peace is in the greatest tradition of American foreign policy and the Judeo-Christian principles upon which our nation was founded,” the letter reads, going on to quote Jesus Christ’s Sermon on the Mount.”Jesus said, ‘Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be sons of God.’ (Matthew 5:9) Such is the legacy of the Trump Administration.”
