An alleged illegal alien pervert accused of groping girls at a Virginia high school is facing additional charges as the prospect of deportation looms nearer.
Weeks earlier, illegal alien Israel Flores Ortiz, 19, was charged with nine counts of assault and battery for groping girls at Fairfax High School, where he was reportedly a junior.
“There’s a group of about 12 individuals that have reported this assault,” one Fairfax High School mother told local station WJLA. “It was all perpetrated by a single individual who is a stranger to the girls.”
“He just sneakily walked up behind them and put his hand in between their legs. It was not just a butt smack or a butt grab. It was a groping of a private area. It had been occurring for several months,” she added.

Parents also accused the district of trying to cover up Ortiz’s behavior.
“They have attempted to sweep it under the rug,” a second mother said. “They sent out a letter last night. After we demanded it, multiple parents demanded that there be a letter before we got it.”
“But it was a completely sanitized letter,” the first mother added.
Weeks later, Ortiz has since been hit with four additional counts as more victims have come forward. He’s currently being held at the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center, according to station WTTG.
“It’s terrifying as a parent because when I send my daughters to school, I think they’re safe in the care of the school,” mother Stacy Langton told Fox News. “And in this case, they absolutely were not safe.”
“And I don’t know what parent wouldn’t be completely distraught at the idea that their daughters could be getting sexually battered while they’re changing classes,” she added.
There’s also anger over the fact that Ortiz was only charged with assault/battery, not sexual assault.
“That’s very frustrating, very frustrating, because I feel like this seems like a crime of someone that will escalate if they are not, if it’s not handled properly, and that’s been my concern,” the mother of one of his victims told WJLA.
“What’s done was done to her, unfortunately, can’t come back and change that, but changing it in the future, making sure that further actions don’t happen, or that this doesn’t happen to other girls, is, I think, what’s most important,” she added.

Meanwhile, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has placed a detainer on Ortiz.
“This 19-year-old criminal illegal alien should NOT have been attending a Virginia high school and allowed to prey on innocent teenage girls. He now faces nine counts of assault and battery,” DHS Deputy Assistant Secretary Lauren Bis said in a statement. “This is yet another example of the Biden Administration’s failed open border policies.”
“We are calling on Fairfax County sanctuary politicians to NOT release this predator from jail back into our communities to assault more teenage women. Unfortunately, Governor Abigail Spanberger ended cooperation with ICE and is siding with criminal illegal aliens over American citizens,” she added.

But according to WJLA, the Fairfax County Sheriff’s Office has chosen not to honor their request.
“Unfortunately, sanctuary politicians like Gov. Spanberger are outlawing cooperation with ICE and choosing to RELEASE criminal illegal aliens from their jails back onto their communities to create more American victims,” a DHS spokesperson said. “We are calling on Fairfax County to honor our detainer to ensure this violent criminal is removed from our country so he can never claim another victim again.”
