An illegal alien who killed a 75-year-old grandmother during a hit-and-run has been given a slap on the wrist by a female Arizona judge.
Pima County Superior Court Judge Danielle Constant sentenced 18-year-old illegal alien Alexis Eduardo Ibarra-Guerrero, whom the media keep calling a teen, to just 2-1/2 years behind bars on Friday, with 100 days already served.
An illegal alien who killed 75-year-old Sally Alcaraz Rodriguez in a hit-and-run was sentenced to just 2.5 years in prison.

Guerrero, who doesn’t even have a driver’s license, was driving a 2010 Chevrolet Camaro on Nov. 3 when he struck caregiver Sally Alcaraz Rodriguez, 75, in Tucson as she was walking to a bus stop to head to work, according to AZFreeNews.
“He drove for several blocks with her body atop his vehicle, dropped it off, and then left her to die on the road,” the outlet notes.
But before leaving, he got out of the vehicle and stared at her dead body, according to dashcam footage cited by Law & Crime.
“He essentially looked at the victim… and decided to take off,” a prosecutor reportedly later said in court.
Rodriguez was found dead shortly thereafter. Guerrero voluntarily turned himself in to the police a whopping 10 days later, on Nov. 13.
Despite the gravity of what happened, the police only charged Guerroro with leaving the scene of an accident because they were unable to find any proof that the crash was intentional.
“I’m angry. … I’ve known people that have done less, and been charged with worse,” one family member previously told the media.
“Arizona law classifies leaving the scene of an accident as a class 2 felony,” AZFreeNews notes. “This felony carries a mitigated sentence of three years, minimum sentence of four years, presumption sentence of five years, maximum sentence of 10 years, and aggravated sentence of 12.5 years.”
Yet he only got 2.5 years. Rodriguez’s family was outraged by the sentence.
“He needs to face the consequences that a grown man should,” a family member pleaded in court, according to station KOLD. “He messed up, and now it’s time for him to face the music.”

Guerrero’s lawyer, meanwhile, continues to stress that “the evidence in this case goes to show that this was an accident.”
Yes, but one committed by an illegal alien who should never have been here in the United States to begin with.
Rogelio Romero, Rodriguez’s son-in-law, has since launched a GoFundMe to raise money to honor his mother-in-law’s memory.
“On November 3rd, our beloved Sally Rodriguez was tragically killed in a hit-and-run on West Tennessee Street,” the fundraiser reads. “She was 75 years old—a devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and a pillar of our family and community. Her sudden loss has left a deep wound in our hearts, and we are now seeking both justice and support as we navigate this painful journey.”
“Her legacy is one of love, generosity, and quiet strength. She gave without asking, prayed without ceasing, and loved without limits. Sally lived a life of quiet service. She fed the homeless, prayed for others, and poured love into her family every single day,” it continues.
The fundraiser further notes that money is needed for the funeral, burial expenses, and memorial services.
What remains unclear is what’ll happen when Guerrero is finally released from prison — will he be allowed to go free, or will he be transferred into the custody of immigration agents and deported?
Critics say he should be deported NOW.
@AGPamBondi Why can’t we make any crime like this by any illegal a Federal crime and the sentencing be more appropriate with deportations to a prison where the country has an agreement with the US? This is insane!
