As Vice President Kamala Harris’ White House hopes were “unburdened by what has been,” Elon Musk didn’t miss a beat in ripping the new presumptive Democratic nominee.
“Imagine 4 years of this…”
Faster than President Joe Biden could say “…you know, the thing…” corporate media holdouts had shifted from brushing aside concerns about the incumbent’s candidacy to interrupting a congressional hearing about the assassination attempt on former President Donald Trump to cover Harris speaking to college athletes.
Just as fast, the Trump-endorsing founder of SpaceX was reminding his more than 190 million followers on social media about what an administration for the 2020 also-ran candidate would look like.
Dredging up a July 2022 post from the State Freedom Caucus Network’s Communications Director Greg Price that featured the vice president introducing herself, “I am Kamala Harris; my pronouns are she and her, and I am a woman sitting at the table wearing a blue suit,” Musk captioned the video, “Imagine 4 years of this …”

The take was one of a series that prompted snark, cringe, and shudders from followers as the world’s richest man also thanked dark money financier George Soros’ son for wasting little time to show who he preferred to take the place of Biden on the top of the ticket.
“I’d just like to thank @AlexanderSoros for not keeping everyone in suspense about who the next puppet would be,” he wrote reacting to a post that featured Harris posing with the chair of the Open Society Foundations.

Along with space, yellow school buses, and falling upward, the vice president’s favor for Venn Diagrams was referenced by Musk as he responded to a take from Daily Wire co-founder Ben Shapiro.
“Kamala Harris should be asked whether she believes Joe Biden is mentally fit to be president of the United States today. She, as VP, has the responsibility to invoke the 25th Amendment if she believes he is not,” the podcast host said overnight leading the billionaire to respond, “Please show us the Venn Diagram of ‘not fit to run for reelection’ and ‘still fit to run the country.'”

Meanwhile, while the public hasn’t seen the president who was reportedly in self-imposed COVID isolation at the same time he had announced he was suspending his re-election campaign, Harris behaved as though nothing unusual was going on and posted to X Monday morning, “It’s the first full day of our campaign, so I’m heading up to Wilmington, DE later to say ‘hello’ to our staff in HQ. One day down, 105 to go. Together, we’re going to win this.”
Replying with an emoji dripping with sarcasm, Musk shared a flexing arm to troll her after he agreed with Turning Point USA contributor Graham Allen who brought up former First Lady Michelle Obama, “I still know it’s gonna be Michelle.”
“Seems inevitable,” said Musk.

Not so bad for the satire business.
