Immigrant Tenn. GOP lawmaker dresses down expelled Dem who disparaged him with ‘racial slur’

A race-baiting Democrat lawmaker who was expelled from the Tennessee legislature after he incited rioters during an invasion of the statehouse received a tongue-lashing from his now-former GOP colleague, an India-born immigrant who took great exception over being smeared with a racial slur.

The disgraced Dem, Rep. Justin Jones, who was one of two troublemaking lawmakers who were booted on Thursday, derogatorily labeled the Republican, 75-year-old Sabi “Doc” Kumar, as the “brown face of white supremacy” in remarks before the expulsion vote.

Jones, who is black, repeatedly invoked race while defending his actions as one of the leftist lawmakers who hijacked the legislative session by joining the angry mob that swarmed the building last week during an organized protest, accusing another GOP member of implying that he was an “uppity Negro” but he picked a fight with the wrong Republican in Kumar who dressed him down with his blistering remarks.

“I am an immigrant, everybody knows. I have been in this country for 53 years, and when it was 50 years, you recognized me for that. It was a celebration in my mind and for my family,” Kumar said after first lecturing Jones on his ingratitude of being an elected member of the TN House.

“In those 53 years in America, I have never encountered a racial slur. I’m really not aware that any of that applies to me. I live a good life. Yet you on tape call me a brown face. Yessir, it’s on tape,” he said.

“You walked up to me, you had no business coming up to me, you were sitting a row or two ahead of me,” Rep. Kumar continued. “You shoved your finger in my face and said, you shoved your finger in my face and said ‘Kumar, they will never accept you.’ You said it twice. And you were so intimidating that the sergeant-at-arms without my invitation came and intervened between us. Sir, that is very disappointing.”

Kumar also appeared on Fox News where he discussed Jones’ racist insult with Tucker Carlson on Friday’s edition of “Tucker Carlson Tonight,” where he explained to the host that the smear from Jones was the first time that he had been subjected to a racial slur in America.

“I have been here for 53 years, and I have practiced surgery, I’ve lived in Tennessee for 46 years and people have been extremely kind to me,” he said. “I was really surprised and that these things should not happen, especially in a place where people are constantly guarding the values in such a way that discrimination and racism does not occur.”

Jones has predictably found support in another Democrat race-baiter of note, President Joe Biden who has taken up his cause as his former President Barack Obama, support from the divisive and dishonest leader that strengthened his resolve as a disruptive influence.

“Yesterday, we were expelled from the Tennessee state house. Today, we were talking to the White House about common sense gun laws and protecting our democracy. We fight on!” Jones tweeted on Friday along with a black fist emoji.
