Reportedly desperate for money, Hunter Biden has challenged President Donald Trump’s eldest sons to a cage match.
Biden delivered the challenge in a video that was published to the Instagram account of Channel 5, a media company operated by Andrew Callaghan, an influencer who’s going on “tour” later this year.
“Hey guys, Hunter Biden here,” he said in the video published Thursday. “I just got a call from Andrew Callahan. He asked me to come out on the Channel 5 Carnival Tour at the end of the month. I think we start in Phoenix and then we go to San Diego and we end in Albuquerque.”
“I think he’s trying to organize a cage match, me versus Eric and Don Jr. I told him I’d do it 100 percent in, if he can pull it off. And if he can’t, I’m still coming. And I think he’s got a lot of other surprises up his sleeve. A lot of fun. And I hope I could see you guys out there,” he added.

There’s a possible catch. Callaghan told USA Today in an email that he believes Biden said what he said “in jest” but that he’s “more than happy to facilitate” the cage fight if necessary.
According to the New York Post, Biden is currently broke and may possibly be seeking ways to earn money.
The Post explained that Biden incurred a boatload of legal debts from retaining a high-level attorney, Abbe Lowell, to defend him in his notorious federal tax/gun case. But it’s what happened after the case concluded that matters here.
“Lowell’s firm Winston and Strawn LLP sued Biden in Washington, DC, civil court in June 2025 for breach of contract over the unpaid fees,” the Post reported. “But as of March 2026, Biden and the law firm have been unable to agree on the total amount he owes.”
Biden’s newest lawyer, Barry Coburn, even admitted in court he doesn’t have a clue, writing in a recent court submission that “neither we nor our client know the ultimate amount owed.”
“Our client is impecunious,” he added. “We have not engaged a billing consultant or forensic accountant to review the bills, just as we have not engaged an e-discovery vendor. We cannot afford it.”
Impecunious is another word for broke as a joke.

Coburn also revealed that Biden “lives abroad” these days and is unable to even “pay his current lawyers.”
Biden and his family — wife Melissa Cohen Biden and son Beau — were reportedly spotted in South Africa LAST spring.

Biden recently spoke about his debt with Shawn Ryan this past December.
“Nobody’s riding to the rescue for Hunter Biden,” he said. “My dad, you know, entered the presidency as the poorest man to ever take the office. And he left the presidency [as] the, you know, not poorest, I mean, he’s fine, but he has no, we have no generational wealth.”
He added that there weren’t billions of dollars buried somewhere for him.
This was the same interview in which Biden famously criticized the immigration policy of his father’s former administration.
“We need vibrant immigration,” he said. “But we don’t want immigrants that are coming here illegally, draining us of resources, and being prioritized above people that are actual, literal heroes, that are still recovering from 21, 20 years of endless war — or anybody else in our society.”
As for Biden’s most recent remarks, this isn’t the first time he’s stirred controversy with a Channel 5 appearance. Last year, first lady Melania Trump threatened to sue him after he falsely alleged on Channel 5 that she’d been introduced to President Trump by deceased pedophile Jeffrey Epstein.
“Epstein introduced Melania to Trump, the connections are so wide and deep,” Biden said.
In a legal notice obtained by USA Today, the first lady described Biden’s comments as “false, disparaging, defamatory and inflammatory.”
