Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce was savaged by fans for partying at a sports bar and taking selfies just hours after 21 fans were shot.
Taylor Swift’s squeeze partied at his Super Bowl victory celebration that was held at a restaurant/sports bar as some of his fans fought for their lives following a shooting at the victory parade for the Kansas City Chiefs. One fan died in the shooting.
Kelce downed beer at the Granfalloon Restaurant and Bar hours after being rushed off the stage with his teammates as gunmen started shooting fans at the parade.
Of the 21 fans shot, nine children between the ages of six and 15 were among the victims according to the Daily Mail. The person who died was a popular Kansas City radio DJ and mother of two, Lisa Lopez-Galvan.
Travis Kelce continued his party even after children were shot and someone died.
I don’t care how many Super Bowls he wins or has won— he’s trash.

Yet after the shooting you were drinking and partying within hours of the shooting. Your a pathetic liberal hypocrite

The DJ was shot in the abdomen and passed away during emergency surgery to save her life.
TMZ caught Kelce posing with two police officers taking a smiling selfie outside. It was a very bad look after the shooting, especially since it was alleged he was too drunk to speak on stage.

According to the Daily Mail, one fan eviscerated Kelce, “Not a good look IMO for him a few hours after a person was killed and others wounded.”
Others lined up to chastise Kelce as well despite his claim that he was “heartbroken” over the shooting.
“My heart is with all who came out to celebrate with us and have been affected. KC, you mean the world to me,” Kelce stated on X.
I am heartbroken over the tragedy that took place today. My heart is with all who came out to celebrate with us and have been affected. KC, you mean the world to me.

Some supported Kelce in celebrating his win:
Oh ffs, he was there with his team. Why are you only mad at him? Let’s be mad at anyone in kc that didn’t go home and just stay home. Anyone out after the shooting must be a horrible person and that’s who we should be angry at right? You’re part of the problem

I don’t like him either but tough take… it’s the Super Bowl
— MrUseCase (@MrUseCase) February 15, 2024
What was he supposed to do tho? (Serious question)
— King Jack (@King_Jack_24) February 15, 2024
It’s not like he had any responsibility for that or could have done anything to change what happened. What was he supposed to do?
— (@courtneyknill) February 15, 2024
Well, in his defense, him stopping his party was not going to bring the person back from being deceased, so there really was nothing he could do to change the situation or make a difference.
I do no like the guy, but this is not the best take.
— Charles Farnsworth (@Farnsworth67) February 15, 2024
So he’s supposed to stop celebrating what he’s worked his whole life for because other people don’t know how to act? Yeah no.

His words did not mollify some of his fans who were incensed by the callous optics on display by Kelce after the shooting:
@TMZ so 11 children were shot & a FEW HOURS Later this dick travis kelce is cheezng it up selfies w cops i can’t WAIT FOR HIM TO BE A BREAKUP SONG
Dump him please ! U r better than that! @taylorswift13— Christine creegan (@Christinecreeg4) February 15, 2024
I agree, you would think him and some of his teammates would go to the hospital and say something to the families including the person who died, but nope partying seems to be better for them and him.
— Smurf ❌ (@Smurf4555) February 15, 2024
Bet this self-righteous hypocrite would be up in arms if this happened to his family and he saw people partying right afterwards.

I was vocal about not watching/supporting the game because of him (kneeling for anthem and standing for Pfizer), sponsors (Bud-light) and the politicization for Biden by TS.
There have been no values and principles displayed other than love of money going into this game, why… pic.twitter.com/z1Q1idCgQE

The guy is a sellout low life, funny how liberals all worship money and power now.
