J.D. Vance tears into lying media for ‘laundering foreign disinformation’ about hoax bomb threats

Republican vice presidential nominee J.D. Vance took a flamethrower to the media that’s been blaming a series of bomb threats in Springfield, Ohio on him and former President Donald J. Trump, another big lie.

In a frantic propaganda blitz to immunize failed “border czar” Kamala Harris from criticism as the Haitian migrant disaster gets national attention, the purveyors of lies and hate have used the bomb threats, which have now been confirmed to be hoaxes by no less an authority than Ohio Governor Mike DeWine, to brainwash Americans that they are responsible.

On Monday, DeWine said that the threats to hospitals, schools, and government offices in the beleaguered town weren’t only bogus, but that they came from another country, not from Trump supporters as the media and Democrats are claiming, and they’ve now been caught red-handed promoting disinformation from the unnamed foreign actor.

“The American media has been caught laundering verified foreign disinformation to smear me and President Trump and it’s disgusting,” Vance said in a Tuesday post to X.

The Ohio senator shared a clip of his remarks at a rally, blasting the media for weaponizing the fake foreign bomb threats to protect Harris, the obvious reason behind the insane pushback about unconfirmed reports that some of the Haitians have been snatching and eating house pets, reports that have blown up on social media, shining a spotlight on the approximately 20,000 foreigners who have been dumped in Springfield without residents getting to vote on the matter.

“What’s even more disgusting than the policy is the efforts to silence the residents of Springfield. I’ve seen this from the American media, a lot of people who pretend to be fair journalists, you know what they’ve been saying?” Vance asked.

“For the last few days, Springfield has been experiencing, an unbelievable number, something like 35, 40 bomb threats in Springfield, in just the last few days,” he continued. “And you know that the governor of Ohio came out yesterday and said every single one of those bomb threats was a hoax, and all of those bomb threats came from foreign countries.”

“So the American media, for three days has been lying and saying that Donald Trump and I are inciting bomb threats when in reality the American media has been laundering foreign disinformation, it is disgusting, and every single one of them owes the residents of Springfield an apology,” he said as the audience erupted in cheers.

During a contentious CNN appearance on Sunday morning, regime muppet Dana Bash repeatedly accused Vance of being complicit in the bomb threats. It is unknown whether she knew at the time that they had come from a foreign country.

“At least thirty-three separate bomb threats, each one of which has been responded to and each one of whom has been found as a hoax,” Gov. DeWine said during a press conference. “So thirty-three threats, Thirty-three hoaxes. I want to make that very, very clear. None of these had any validity at all.”

“We have people unfortunately overseas who are taking these actions,” DeWine said. “Some of them are coming from one particular country.” He did not identify the country.
