Legendary conservative actor James Woods had high praise for Rep. Harriet Hageman (R-WY) who despite her short time spent as a member of Congress is becoming something of a legend herself.
Woods was very impressed with Hageman’s grilling of embattled Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas who has been whacked around like a piñata by lawmakers and in a resurfaced video of a July exchange between the conservative congresswoman and the slimy bureaucrat, she scored a direct hit.
“I don’t know much about Representative Harriet Hageman, but after watching her barbecue this weasel, I already like her,” the actor wrote on X, previously known as Twitter, with a clip showing Hageman taking a flamethrower to Mayorkas.

“You are the walking, talking epitome of the very tyrant that our Founding Fathers recognized would gravitate toward government service,” Hageman told the Biden regime apparatchik during a House Judiciary Committee hearing. “And it is because of people like you that they drafted the First Amendment. Thank god we have the First Amendment, to stop you from what you have been doing.”
“I thank them for their foresight. I thank them for recognizing that you and people like you would do everything in your power to control speech, to control freedom, to take away our rights, and they’ve written a document that isn’t going to allow you to do that,” she said.
“And fortunately, we still have courts and judges who recognize that you don’t have the power that you are attempting to take, that you do not have the right to limit our freedom of speech, our freedom of association, our right to communicate,” Hageman concluded. “Thank God we have the First Amendment, so that we can stop you from doing what you’ve been doing.”
Other than her weasel-barbecuing, Rep. Hageman is best known for her vanquishing of malicious actor Liz Cheney from the halls of Congress when after being endorsed by former President Donald J. Trump, she wiped out the scheming daughter of former VP Dick Cheney in last year’s Wyoming primary.
Cheney was hand-picked by former Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) to give her Soviet-style January 6th Select Committee the facade of being a legitimate bipartisan panel and her home state voters expressed their disapproval by dropping a humiliating nearly 40-point beatdown on the soon-to-be ex-congresswoman.

“Congratulations to Harriet Hageman on her great and very decisive WIN in Wyoming. This is a wonderful result for America, and a complete rebuke of the Unselect Committee of political Hacks and Thugs,” Trump wrote.
“Liz Cheney should be ashamed of herself, the way she acted, and her spiteful, sanctimonious words and actions towards others. Now she can finally disappear into the depths of political oblivion where, I am sure, she will be much happier than she is right now,” he added. “Thank you WYOMING!”
During his movie career which has spanned five decades, Woods has worked with such all-time greats as Clint Eastwood, Jeff Bridges, Sergio Leone, Oliver Stone, Martin Scorsese, Sharon Stone, Anthony Hopkins, and Robert DeNiro among others. As an outspoken conservative with strong pro-American views, the 76-year-old is persona non grata in modern “woke” Hollywood despite his longevity.
He is also an avid poker player with a pile of tournament successes, and very few can bring it like he does on Twitter/X, an accomplished Jedi master on the platform who slices and dices corrupt politicians, phonies, and hypocrites like a Jedi master wielding his razor-sharp wit like a sword.
