Fox News host Jesse Watters suggested on his show Tuesday evening that President Biden is getting somewhat of a break in people citing his advanced age as a reason for all the stumbling and bumbling we are seeing.
“Truth is, it has very little to do with age,” Watters said. “We know plenty of people in their 70s and 80s who are as sharp as ever.”
To hear Watters tell it, Biden is just dumb — “the dumbest president we have ever had.”
“He has had an unremarkable career in public service,” Watters explained. “He voted against the Gulf War but for the Iraq War. Voted for a border fence but then changed his mind, as now he is for open borders. He led the war on drugs but his son is a crack addict. He was against the bin Laden raid and then he left billions in equipment for the Taliban. He spent trillions on Covid freebies and then was like ‘Oh, why is there inflation?’ He wants the U.S. economy to run on solar panels and windmills.”
“Biden is not a leader, he has just been pulled around by the different factions inside the Democratic Party — his entire career,” he continued. “He doesn’t have any real thoughts on his own. That’s why he has been flip-flopping and plagiarizing for decades. Think about it. How dumb is the guy who thinks Hunter Biden is the smartest man in America?”
Watters pointed out the time Biden asked Missouri state Sen. Chuck Graham, a paraplegic in a wheelchair, to “stand up,” and reminded viewers of the time Barack Obama reportedly said of Biden, “Don’t underestimate Joe’s ability to f*ck things up.”
“It’s time to stop treating Biden like a doddering grandpa and start treating him for what he is — a low IQ politician who got lucky and ended up in the White House,” Watters said.
Welcoming Fox News contributor Charlie Hurt to the segment, Watters found a like-minded ally when it comes to Biden being dumb, though Hurt was quick to note that the damage Biden is doing as president is far from funny.
Insisting that Biden was a follower and never a leader, Hurt added: “To answer your question, the reason that Barack Obama picked him to be vice president is because he was a white-haired coot from Washington who’s been around forever. He was harmless, nobody took him seriously. They knew he said things that weren’t true. They didn’t care. Perfect person to put in the White House, especially for a guy like Barack Obama who viewed himself very much as sort of revolutionary.”
Saying Obama “used” Biden to balance his image, Hurt said the former president “never dreamed” that Biden would one day become president.
After establishing that the media is well aware of how dumb Biden is, Watters concluded, “I think he’s the dumbest president we’ve ever had, I have ever seen. He has no new ideas, he has no instincts, he can’t make a decision and we are stuck for another two-and-a-half years.”
