Joy Behar lets slip all that voting and ‘ballot box’ stuff is a big, fat lie

Fans of “The View” may be disappointed that the ABC daytime gabfest is on holiday hiatus but they can still get their daily fix of left-wing idiocy by following the co-hosts on social media.

She may have been deprived of the opportunity to celebrate the Colorado Supreme Court’s brazen attack on democracy with her friends around the table but Joy Behar rejoiced over the banning of former President Donald J. Trump from the ballot on X.

In a post that was every bit as asinine as her live takes, the ringleader of the show’s shrieking harpies said the quiet part out loud about “our democracy” that she and her fellow Democrats are constantly invoking.

Behar was responding to a post-ruling tweet from Trump-hating former GOP congressman Joe Walsh in which he pointed out the wrongness of the left-wing judges who stomped all over the GOP frontrunner’s right to due process.

In his Tuesday post to X, Walsh acknowledged that what he had to say was unpopular, “I think Trump committed insurrection, but he hasn’t been convicted of insurrection yet. So this doesn’t seem right,” while predicting that the U.S. Supreme Court would rule 9-0 to smack down the Rocky Mountain activists.

But what really tripped Behar’s trigger was that he dared to suggest that the best way to end the Trump era was to leave it up to the people, the way that things used to work until after the 2016 election when the left went full-blown bat guano fascist.

“The best and ONLY way to defeat Trump is at the ballot box, not to kick him off the ballot. Defeat him at the ballot box. That’s what’s best for the country,” Walsh said.

To which the redhead replied that the people couldn’t be trusted and that the weaponized legal system and its unelected judges should trump the will of the American people.

“Joe, the ballot box can’t compete with the third party candidates who will take votes from Joe Biden. And let us not forget the electoral college. The law must defeat him,” wrote Behar, saying the quiet part out loud.

X users lit up the double-talking, Biden-loving TV host like a Christmas tree.

Fans of “The View” were surprised this week when they tuned in on Monday only to find that Behar and her fellow co-hosts were on a previously unannounced holiday break.

The ladies at the table will ring in the New Year with a return to live shows on January 2, 2024, according to Yahoo Entertainment News.
