Starting Tuesday, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) will be launching an illegal alien voter fraud crackdown in certain states.
The crackdown will be led by Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), a DHS sub-agency, in Washington, Wisconsin, Missouri, Georgia, California, Pennsylvania, Nevada, New York, and Connecticut.
The agency has been tasked with launching a “coordinated criminal voter fraud surge initiative to pursue investigative leads, conduct field interviews, and support timely prosecutorial review” in these states, according to internal guidance viewed by CNN.

“While ICE Homeland Security Investigations is not able to comment on any active investigations, HSI is actively rooting out and investigating election fraud wherever it can be found,” a DHS spokesperson said in a statement to CNN.
“Under President Trump, HSI is committed to restoring integrity to our election systems and ensuring that American citizens and only American citizens are electing American leaders,” they added.
“DHS is laser focused on prosecuting and removing aliens who vote and preventing the dilution of the votes of US citizens,” the spokesperson said in a separate statement to the Daily Mail. “Our message to aliens who vote in American elections is clear: we will find you, arrest you, and you will face the consequences — including criminal charges and deportation.”
The crackdown will begin a few short days after the Trump administration charged a Honduran national with two felony counts for fraudulently registering to vote and falsely claiming U.S. citizenship.

In addition to violating the law, the Honduran national, Rivera Flores, also sent taunting text messages to an HSI agent calling the agent “not the good guy” and saying how he couldn’t “wait until the midterms” because he’s confident the agent will lose legal protection once Democrats take over.
According to Fox News, Flores obtained the agent’s number “after the agent unblocked it on his government-issued phone to contact him during an investigation.”
Meanwhile, the voter fraud crackdown will run parallel with a separate crackdown on illegal alien truck drivers:
Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy and Homeland Security Secretary Markwayne Mullin announced during a press conference Monday that they’ve shut down 110 commercial driver’s license, or CDL, schools that were responsible for thousands of safety standards violations.
“USDOT has spent the last year-and-a-half strengthening the rules of the road and removing dangerous foreign drivers from our trucking industry,” Duffy said in a statement. “From states failing to follow the law to shady training schools and illicit companies, together we will tackle every link in the chain.”

Kendra Hems, the president of the Trucking Association of New York State, was fully on board with the announcement.
“We support it,” she told local news. “There’s been, in the industry, unfortunately, a history of what we would frequently call CDL mills, where they often will put profit over safety.”
“They’re not making sure that drivers are truly qualified coming out of driving schools for a whole host of reasons, whether it’s being able to actually safely operate that vehicle, or one of the issues that we know was brought up is also being able to communicate safely, both with enforcement roadside or understanding road signs,” she added.
“So, in my opinion, it’s long overdue. We need to be cracking down on these schools and ensuring that our drivers out on the road are qualified and can operate these vehicles safely,” she concluded.
