Pop sensation Justin Bieber is in big trouble after accidentally publishing a pro-Israel post featuring an image of Gaza.
On Wednesday, the pop singer published an Instagram Story featuring the words “PRAYING FOR ISRAEL.” But seen behind the words was an image of rubble from Gaza, which Israel has been bombing in retaliation for this week’s terror attack.

The initial round of backlash must have caught Bieber’s attention, because soon after he deleted the Instagram Story and replaced it with one featuring the same words but a blank green background.
Look:
he could’ve addressed it, he could’ve also included palestinians in his prayers now that he’s seen the destruction, but nope . just changed it and went on with his day pic.twitter.com/lHIG6UE4Mw

But this decision only encouraged even more backlash, with critics excoriating him for ignoring the rubble seen in the previous photo.
The palpable anger resulted in people even calling for Bieber to be “cancelled.”

@justinbieber you’re a waste of sperm

@justinbieber your image in the industry now speaks more loud. Your whole teenage years shows what overall character you have and its smelly!

I knew Justin Bieber was a fucking idiot when he was laughing at people fasting for Ramadan and saying that it’s not good for you because “our bodies need nutrition to think properly”

Bieber is one of several celebrities who now face cancellation because of their support for Israel, which is still reeling from a horrific terror attack that saw hundreds of Israeli men, women, and children executed in cold blood.
The next celebrity on the chopping block, actress Jamie Lee Curtis, incidentally made virtually the exact same mistake as Bieber.
“The Oscar-winning actress took to Instagram on Saturday to share a photo of several children looking to the sky, captioning the post ‘terror from the skies’ with an Israel flag emoji,” according to Yahoo News.
There was just one problem: “The photo was originally taken by Gaza-based photojournalist Samar Abu Elouf, who described the scene in her own post saying, ‘Palestinian families seek refuge with their children from the northern Gaza Strip.'”

Then there’s socialite Kylie Jenner. On the day of the terror attack in Israel, she published an Instagram Story featuring the Israeli flag and the words “NOW AND ALWAYS, WE STAND WITH THE PEOPLE OF ISRAEL.”
Note that she posted this perfectly legitimate post hours after Hamas militants invaded Israel and began butchering men, women, and children.
Despite this, she too came under heavy fire, with Hamas supporters like Mia Khalifa rushing to slam her for daring to support Israel.

Below is what Khalifa tweeted about her:
If true journalism exists, the next person to talk to Kylie Jenner will ask for her opinion on geopolitical tensions in the Middle East and not break eye contact until she can string one coherent sentence together since she wants to take a stance to her 400M followers so badly

Even NBA star Lebron James, who’s usually an enemy of the right, is facing backlash from the radicalized far-left for choosing to side with Israel
“The devastation in Israel is tragic and unacceptable. The murder and violence against innocent people by Hamas is terrorism. The SpringHill Company family sends our deepest condolences to Israel and the Jewish community,” he said in a statement posted to Twitter.
“We pray for peace in the region and reiterate our continued commitment to fight hate in all its forms. We must all work to ensure this tragedy does not spread even more hate, racism, and antisemitism,” the statement continued.
