A Kamala Harris presidency could mean that the federal government may soon fully embrace the idea of reparations and she has supported the creation of a national commission similar to the one in California.
Harris, who would become the nation’s first half-black female president if she wins the election, would also be the most extreme left leader to ever occupy the office, a proponent of a two-tiered system of justice that could come to include the forcible confiscation of wealth from white people who never owned slaves to give to blacks who never suffered from human bondage.
Just when you think Kamala Harris couldn’t get more radical:

The Commission to Study and Develop Reparation Proposals for African-Americans Act which Harris backed as a member of the Senate would create a 13-member reparations commission to “study and consider a national apology and proposal for reparations for the institution of slavery, its subsequent de jure and de facto racial and economic discrimination against African-Americans.”
Another aspect of a federal reparations commission like the one in Harris’s home state would be the elimination of certain laws that are claimed to adversely impact people of color. Such a proposal was part of a 2019 bill co-sponsored by Harris that is now receiving new attention with the possibility that she could soon be sitting behind the Resolute Desk in the Oval Office.
New @FreeBeacon: The reparations bill Harris backs would also look to “eliminate” laws that “continue to disproportionately and negatively affect African-Americans as a group, and those that perpetuate the lingering effects, materially and psycho-social”https://t.co/0wo9j5awY7

Conservative media outlet the Washington Free Beacon resurfaced the Harris-backed legislation and suggested that the California commission could provide a blueprint for implementation on a national level although it’s not clear which laws could be affected due to the bill’s vague wording.
Included in the bill is the provision to examine current laws that “continue to disproportionately and negatively affect African-Americans as a group and those that perpetuate the lingering effects, materially and psycho-social, can be eliminated.”
The California commission determined that certain black state residents were entitled to $1.2 million in freebies along with a drastic overhaul of the one-party state’s criminal code.
“Among the changes recommended were decriminalizing public urination and letting those arrested for public indecency sue the state for damages. Fathers who are delinquent on their child support would see their debt wiped, and police would no longer be allowed to pull over cars with expired registration, tinted windows, or broken tail lights,” the Free Beacon reported.
Exactly which laws are found to be racist and subject to being axed will be determined by the commission which will include people chosen from “civil society and reparations organizations that have historically championed the cause of reparatory justice.”
The Democrat nominee and current vice president hasn’t given a real interview or held a press conference since she replaced Joe Biden who was toppled in a Barack Obama-Nancy Pelosi coup two weeks ago, and she certainly hasn’t come clean about her support for the racist redistribution scheme that’s long been the “woke” left’s Holy Grail.
Harris has already backed away from some of her more extreme stances now that she’s being scrutinized and has yet to answer serious questions about whether she still supports a national reparations committee. Her campaign declined to respond to the Free Beacon’s request for comment.
