Vice President Kamala Harris marked the one-year anniversary since the end of Roe v. Wade by conjuring up a nonexistent “constitutional right” that was stolen away by the Supreme Court, an audaciously dishonest statement from a member of a party that no longer even bothers with pretending to tell the truth.
Harris was among the left-wingers who took to social media to condemn Republicans and the conservative Supreme Court justices who braved threats to their own personal safety to overturn the longstanding abortion rights ruling, a severe blow to Democrats who view the termination of the lives of the unborn as almost being akin to a religious sacrament.
On Saturday, a day when the news cycle was dominated by the non-coup in Russia, the veep took to Twitter where she posted a short video clip in which she reminded Americans of why there are far more incompetent people who could be running the country than Joe Biden.
One year ago, the United States Supreme Court took a constitutional right from the people of America.

“So that day, the day that the Supreme Court took a constitutional right from the women of America, I was outraged,” recalling that the first person who she called was hubby Doug Emhoff to vent and claiming that after one year, the anti-life left has a majority on their side
“One year later the majority of Americans are with us. From so-called red states, to blue states, from Kentucky to California, when this issue was on the ballot in the midterms the people. voted in favor of allowing women to have the choice about what happens to their body,” Harris said, closing by pledging that she and Biden will “never stop fighting” for women who seek to deprive their unborn babies of their own right to live.
The vice president also posted another tweet saying that “extremist Republicans in Congress” are determined to ban abortion nationwide, a Big Lie worthy of the dreaded Four Pinocchios.
Know this: President Joe Biden and I will never back down from this fight.
Congress must pass legislation that restores the protections of Roe. And when they do, President Biden will sign it. pic.twitter.com/MxLj3VxcaD

While the so-called “fact checkers” will likely ignore her flaming triple-decker whopper, Twitter users weren’t about to let it go unchecked.
Speech is a Constitutionally protected right The right to bear arms is a Constitutionally affirmed right. Abortion is not and never was. https://t.co/HXe4CipoFZ

Is there a new constitution that maybe wasn’t made public?
— Patrick Blanc (@lowtide1985) June 24, 2023
Nah, they took no right away. They just rightfully determined that such a right does not exist. And they gave the power to make laws about this topic back to where it belongs: Legislators in the states.

Believing something is a fundamental right doesn’t make it a fundamental right.
— Jason Rantz on KTTH Radio (@jasonrantz) June 24, 2023
Yeah…that’s not quite what happened. They determined that it was NOT a Constitutional right and each State had the right to regulate it as they saw fit.
So really, they followed the Constitution.

Show us exactly where it says in the constitution that abortion is a right? We’ll wait

The majority are NOT with you.

Liar. It went from federal control to state control.

You might want to recheck what “constitutional right” means.

Abortion disproportionately harms the lives of innocent black babies more than any other demo. Why aren’t you fighting for them? For all of them?

The lie was repeated by Harris’s running mate, the fabulist in the White House.
“One year ago today, the Supreme Court took away a constitutional right from the American people, denying women across the nation the right to choose. Overturning Roe v. Wade, which had been the law of the land for nearly half a century, has already had devastating consequences,” President Joe Biden claimed in an official statement.
