Vice President Kamala Harris once again inexplicably burst into hysterical laughter when nothing obvious was funny, giving rise to questions of whether she was high on something.
The Democratic Party finds itself in a predicament with a rapidly declining President Joe Biden running for reelection and his unpopular running mate prone to bizarre fits of loopy rambling and laughing that can come at the worst possible time, making the historic first black woman vice president the butt of jokes and an albatross around the party’s neck.
Harris’s latest episode took place during the Democratic National Committee’s fall meeting in St. Louis on Friday when she was asked about the current state of the economy, definitely not a laughing matter for ordinary Americans who have been crushed by sustained inflation since the dynamic due took office.
After reciting, “popular, popular, popular” and raising her thumb into the air, the veep broke into a shrill, high-pitched laugh reminiscent of the Joker in a Batman movie.
“We just need to let everybody know who brought it to them…. HA! HA! HA! HA!…,” Harris brayed to the adoring crowd of party loyalists who turned out to see her in the Gateway City.

One conservative columnist described Harris’s laughter as “some deranged mix of The Joker and Dr. Evil” in one of the more charitable observations as X users took to the platform formerly known as Twitter to share their takes.

With polls showing that the White House and the media are no longer able to maintain the illusion that the octogenarian Biden isn’t on the cusp of senility, the decision to tab the inexperienced California senator as a diversity pick looks more disastrous by the day.
While the flailing Biden remains stubbornly dug in despite calls to step aside or to at the very least, dump Harris to avoid losing the election to former President Donald J. Trump, the Democrats are in a serious pickle over their unwise decision to sacrifice basic competence to the DEI god.
