The Kamala Harris bandwagon is picking up passengers as the narrative solidifies around America’s new political rock star, and Karl Rove has climbed aboard.
On Friday’s edition of “America Reports” on Fox News, the man who was credited as the architect of George W. Bush’s reelection predicted that Harris has the “momentum” and that it will catapult her into the lead over Republican nominee Donald J. Trump by the time that the Democrats wrap up their convention later this month.
Anchor John Roberts and the Fox News contributor were discussing the rapidly closing polls since Joe Biden was booted to the curb by Democrats and that Harris is now surging, eating into Trump’s once comfortable lead.

“So let’s talk about where the race is, because in some battleground states, the polls seem to have been narrowing. Let’s put it up here Arizona,” Roberts said, running down the polls. “Trump still leads, though one poll has got Harris up by two. Same thing in Nevada. Wisconsin, Trump holds a very narrowly missed Michigan. Trump is ahead, but Harris is up 11 in one new poll, which I think might be an outlier.”
“Trump continues to lead in Pennsylvania, North Carolina and Georgia. He’s still got the advantage, Karl, but she’s gaining momentum, there’s no question,” he added before turning the floor over to Rove.
“Yeah, no doubt about it,” replied “Turd Blossom” who broke out his whiteboard to make his point. “If you look at it. Remember, we’re better to look at an average of polls, and we just don’t have a lot of battleground state polls since all these things begin to shift. Take a look at the national number, though, and you get a sense of this.”
Remember before the first debate with Biden and Trump? But Trump was leading by close to three points or above three points, depending on when you looked at it,” he continued. “Trump today in the RealClearPolitics average is leading by 1.2 percent, 1.2 points. There’s an outlier in their polling, gives him a five-point lead. Without that outlier, he’s leading by less than percent, 0.8. In fact, if you look at it, there were five polls in the RealClearPolitics average that occurred before the 25th of July.”
“Trump leads in all five of those of the other five polls that have been held since the 26th of July. He leads, he leads in only two. She leads in three. So I fully expect that the momentum she has is going to is going to carry her through. Unless it’s a disastrous vice presidential choice. This momentum is going to leave her in the lead at the end of the Democratic convention,” Rove said, predicting that the DEI darling will soon leave Trump in the dust.
Harris’s ascent has been nothing short of miraculous for an inept cackler who until less than two weeks ago, was a national joke. The polls have turned around so quickly that to many it’s almost fishy, just like the entire manufactured Kamalamania which has the look of something decidedly non-organic and more like a carefully planned and coordinated psy op.
Rove has previously been complimentary of Harris, claiming earlier this week that Trump was in a “subordinate role” to the newly crowned Democrat nominee and that she has him feeling “uncomfortable” since she was tabbed as the geriatric Biden’s replacement.

“Trump, he has difficulties too. He’s got to frame Harris, he’s got to find the right message to go after her….he’s got to get back in control of the dialogue,” Rove told Neil Cavuto. “He is clearly in a subordinate role here. He feels uncomfortable with it, I suspect, and he likes being the guy who’s setting the tempo of the campaign. And that’s not happening.”
“Why is FoxNews putting on Crazy Kamala Harris Rallies?” Trump wrote on Truth Social on Monday. “Why do they allow the perverts at the failed and disgraced Lincoln Project to advertise on FoxNews? Even Mr. Kellyanne Conway, a man so badly hurt and humiliated by his wife (she must have done some really NASTY things to him, because he is CRAZY!), is advertising on FoxNews. We have to WIN WITHOUT FOX!”
