Kristi Noem made numerous promising pledges during her confirmation hearing on Friday, not the least of which was her vow to eliminate a tool illegal aliens have been using to break into the U.S.
President-elect Donald Trump tapped the South Dakota governor as the next Secretary of Homeland Security. During the mandatory grilling process by Congress, Noem explicitly stated that she would “shut down” the CBP1 app “on day one” if she is confirmed.
“There’s data and information in there that we can preserve,” she clarified, “so that we can make sure we know who’s coming into this country, and who’s already here that we need to go find.”
The CBP One app was developed by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) in part to facilitate communications within CBP. The app was expanded under the Biden administration and has been used by migrants to more easily schedule and secure asylum appointments at the U.S. border.
BREAKING: Kristi Noem just vowed to shut down the CBP1 app that cartels have used to traffic people to our southern border.
“It will be shut down.”

Noem also vowed to terminate another program the Biden administration used to reportedly bypass the border and fly unvetted migrants directly from their home countries into the U.S.
Missouri Senator Josh Hawley, was pleased to hear Noem’s stance and slammed the program the way it is currently being used as “mass parole in direct defiance of the law.”
Noem assured Hawley that the U.S. would “go back to case-by-case evaluations of parole cases” under her leadership.
She also stressed the importance of solidifying “legal immigration” through strengthened legal resources.

The crimes committed on that app need to be exposed so the world can see what was done during the Biden administration.

Noem had another shining moment when she articulated her “goal” and “mission” is “to build trust,” and vowed to secure the border.
“Our nation is a nation with borders, or were no nation at all,” Noem declared.
Noem ripped the Biden admin protocol of Americans being punished for breaking U.S. law while illegal aliens largely see no consequences.
GOV. KRISTI NOEM: “There are consequences when Americans break the law. Yet when illegals break the law, there are none. Thousands of rapists and murderers are free … and the Biden admin did nothing. We will be doing that immediately.”
