Kyle Rittenhouse had a special Christmas message for those who’ve continued to show him support throughout the left’s attempt to litigate him into oblivion, so, naturally, heads exploded.
Despite successfully being acquitted after being tried for the murder of two attackers he had fatally shot in self-defense during a Black Lives Matter protest in 2020, Rittenhouse’s legal woes have continued with him being named in a civil lawsuit filed by John Huber, a father of one of the deceased attackers. Because of that, a crowdfunding campaign established “to help him pay the mounting legal fees, which are likely to be significant” was set up with a target goal of $150,000.
As donations have poured in, Rittenhouse took to Twitter to offer his thanks as he cast a light on the significance the lawsuit has with respect to Second Amendment rights and self-defense and wrote, “Thank you to everyone who has sent prayers, donations, and kind messages they really mean a lot especially during this Christmas season. Any amount helps fight this lawsuit which is an attack on our God given right to self defense.”

“Kyle Rittenhouse was found NOT GUILTY by a jury of his peers. The unanimous verdict did not prevent Kyle from being added as a defendant in an erroneous civil lawsuit filed in the Eastern District of Wisconsin against nine Wisconsin police departments, including ten city and county governments,” the crowdfunding site explained. “The Plaintiff, John Huber, is represented by a Chicago-based, incredibly well-capitalized, Democrat Party-aligned law firm specializing in police misconduct and civil rights cases.”
The court of public opinion being the only verdict that matters when the justice system doesn’t align with their worldview, triggered leftists had a lot to say not only about Rittenhouse seeking financial assistance but about his invoking God as well.
Warning: Language
Don’t bring God into this.

There is a problem with your statement. GOD never gave us that “right”. He tells us not to in multiple parts of the scripture including to turn the other cheek and most importantly tells us God will be the avenger. So, stop playing God people and putting words in His mouth!

The stakes were readily apparent to Rittenhouse and the donations page said, “He needs our help to fight back against this despicable, politically motivated attack from the Democrat political machine and anti-Second Amendment groups. The political left wants to instill fear and apprehension in the minds of Americans who elect to carry a firearm for self-defense. This civil action is unambiguous in its message, ‘If you discharge your firearms in justifiable self-defense, you should expect to be re-tried in civil court using a lower evidentiary standard and potentially face a lifetime of financial ruin.'”
The tumult of detractors did not go unanswered as supporters of the young man and the Constitution called out the baseless attacks and smears for what they were as they continued to rally behind Rittenhouse for standing up for what he believes in now as he did during the protests in Kenosha, Wisconsin.
I didn't know it was Kyle Rittenhouse day. Go Kyle.

Kyle Rittenhouse doesn't turn 20 until January. He was shot at and hit over the head with a skateboard and fired off his rifle in self-defense. The Left never condemns his assailants for attempted murder. Instead, they paint him as "Killer Kyle". This is absolutely disgusting.
