In a parting shot at the Constitution, lame duck President Joe Biden issued a declaration of war on the Supreme Court, the only branch of government not under Democrat control.
During his first speech to the American people after surrendering to the Barack Obama-led coup against his reelection, the geriatric leader vowed to use his remaining time in office to “reform” the co-equal branch of government, the sole remaining bulwark against left-wing tyranny.
“And I’m going to call for Supreme Court reform because this is critical to our democracy — Supreme Court reform,” Biden said, issuing his vague threat to the independence of the Judicial Branch.

Now the details of what Biden intends to push for are coming into focus, and they represent the most dramatic overhaul of the court in the nation’s history intended to neutralize the conservative justices who have become the focus of Democrat hate, arguably second only to former President Donald J. Trump.
According to Politico, Biden will call for term limits for Supreme Court justices and an “enforceable” ethics code, which will almost certainly be used by Democrats to impeach conservatives under fake pretenses, like Clarence Thomas’s travels and Samuel Alito’s flags, both of which have been used by the authoritarian left-wing party to gin-up Soviet-style cases against the justices.
He reportedly also will push for a constitutional amendment on presidential immunity, seeking to nullify the recent ruling that upheld the long-accepted principle that presidents have “absolute immunity” for official acts, effectively sinking the regime’s lawfare against Trump.
“This nation was founded on the principle that there are no kings in America. Each of us is equal before the law. No one is above it,” Biden fumed in a post to X when the ruling came down. “Not even the President of the United States. With today’s Supreme Court decision on presidential immunity, that fundamentally changed.”

“This decision today has continued the Court’s attack in recent years on a wide range of long-established legal principles in our nation, from gutting voting rights and civil rights to taking away a woman’s right to choose to today’s decision that undermines the rule of law of this nation,” a furious Biden said in a nationally televised speech in response to the ruling, which incidentally, also protects him.
Biden will reportedly outline his attack plans this week during a visit to the Lyndon Baines Johnson Presidential Library in Austin, TX with LBJ being the last Democrat president who abandoned his reelection bid, but unlike the 81-year-old incumbent, actually gave a 40+ minute televised speech explaining his decision to the American people, and had social media existed back then, would have never just tweeted it out.
Politico reported that the White House “declined to comment” but referred to remarks by DEI hire Karine Jean-Pierre’s remarks during a recent presser that the president “believes if you are serving in high office, you should be held to a transparency, accountability and you should be held to a high ethics.”
Any constitutional amendment faces a steep uphill climb with the Founding Fathers having the foresight to set a high bar, however, the “ethics code” and term limits could be a done deal in the Democrat-controlled Senate, setting the table for a serious constitutional crisis.
