Leftists, including Jessica Tarlov, cry tears over captured illegal … charged with sex assault on a 13-yr-old

The rough arrest this Thursday of an illegal alien at the National Mall upset leftists, including Fox News host Jessica Tarlov, but there was one glaring problem that said leftists hadn’t considered.

The drama started that afternoon when a reporter for D.C. station WRC witnessed federal agents stopping a man in a car.

The agents then asked the man to exit the vehicle. He complied. But when they asked him to stand by his vehicle, he tried to make a run for it, prompting them to slam him into the ground.

Watch as he screams in Spanish that he just wants to be with his family:

“I don’t owe anything! I don’t owe anything!” he yelled in Spanish, according to station WRC. “Please! I’m not a criminal! I work here! I want to be with my family!”

“My family has papers! My family and my children! Please! Please!” he continued shrieking as he was loaded into an SUV.

The video recorded by reporter Aimee Cho quickly went viral and triggered massive backlash from the left, including from Tarlov.

“This doesn’t make D.C. safer,” she tweeted. “It’ll just make people not come to D.C. The cruelty is always the point.”

Her tweet has since been deleted.

As noted by conservative commentator Gunter Eagleman in the tweet above, the catch was that Tarlov was defending an “illegal alien child abuser.”

Cho for her part didn’t take note of this until way later in the afternoon.

“ICE has sent a statement on this man’s detention, saying his name is David Perez-Teofani and that he was arrested in Fairfax County in 2024 and charged with aggravated sexual battery against a minor under 13,” she reported at 5:25 pm early Thursday evening.

Fox News’ Bill Melugin also provided confirmation of the illegal alien’s criminal history.

“DHS says the man … who tried to flee from federal agents in DC before being tackled & screaming that he’s not a criminal is an illegal alien from Mexico who was arrested in January 2024 for aggravated sexual assault of a child under the age of 13,” he explained in a tweet.

The only other catch is that, according to Cho, the charges against the illegal alien were eventually dropped because the victim and her mother refused to cooperate with the police and prosecutors.

However, social media users theorized that the reason the family didn’t cooperate wasn’t to protect the illegal alien but rather to protect the victim.

“You can’t blame the victim for not wanting to testify,” one X user tweeted. “She probably doesn’t even want to be in the same room as him. Mother is right to not make the girl go through the experience again in front of people. Best to get her into therapy. And deport the subhuman.”

As for Tarlov, critics are now demanding she be fired from Fox News over her poor judgment.
