Lesbian bar makes masks optional one night a week — gets accused of ‘eugenics’

The nutjob patrons of a lesbian bar in Massachusetts lost their ever-loving minds after the bar recently decided to make Saturday nights mask-optional so as to increase traffic and possibly save the business from financial collapse.

Despite years having passed since the COVID pandemic, the Last Ditch Bar and Arts Venue gay bar in Greenfield has continued to maintain a strict KN95 mask policy because it’s run by a bunch of gay (or “queer”) lunatics.

In fact, the bar purports to be all-lesbian owned:

However, on Aug. 31., the bar published a post to Instagram announcing that it would be SLIGHTLY relaxing its mask policy, but just for Saturday nights.

“It is with love we inform our immunocompromised disabled divas we will be opening Saturday nights as mask optional,” the bar wrote, according to The Boston Globe.

The policy was reportedly made because of financial concerns.

This teeny, tiny change in policy prompted massive outrage from the so-called “immunocompromised disabled divas” — also known as freaks and weirdos — who patronize the bar.

“Just say you’re being complicit in a mass disabling event and get it over with,” a nutjob patron commented on the post.

“[P]eople like you kill disabled people in the name of your own leisure and convenience,” another weirdo lunatic wrote as a comment.

Oh, but it gets better.

“I hope your venue gets firebombed for robbing my fellow immunocompromised people of their Saturday plans just to scrape extra revenue from ablists,” a third crackpot wrote.

Gosh, who wouldn’t want these chummy people as patrons?

The bar last made headlines when it banned the police, or so-called “pigs,” from its venue last year.

In response to the outrage over it slightly relaxing its mask policy, the bar quickly bent the knee.

“We are sorry for our passive and dismissive tone of our change to the norms and schedule impacting the most intersectional of us,” the bar’s ridiculous management team wrote on Instagram. “We understand everyone faces different intersections and we are always working to consider all needs fully.”

This is where the story gets even more retarded.

“Instead of defusing the situation, the apology seemed to make things worse,” according to the Globe. “The bar had erred: it posted an Instagram card without providing alt-text for the visually impaired. This set off a fresh round of accusations of ableism.”

Alt-text is basically just a description of an image. It’s used to explain to blind people what certain images on a website show.

Fast-forward to Sept. 11, when the Last Ditch held a monthly community meeting online (using the chatting application known as Zoom) featuring Jackie Matellian, one of its original founders. By then, the other two founders had “stepped back from the daily operation” because of stress and other factors. One of them had reportedly enrolled in clown school.

Yet just like before, again controversy erupted, with the patrons who participated flooding “the Zoom chat with irate messages,” according to the Globe. And Matellian, being an idiot and all, “dutifully read aloud” each bizarre, retarded complaint.

Many of the complaints involved race, surprise, surprise. Woke leftists are notoriously obsessed with race.

The patrons were especially upset by a white licensed therapist that Matellian had evidently recruited to talk to them.

“A lot of people are calling for an acknowledgment of harm and I’m hearing a WHITE therapist … center[ing] the feelings of a majority white and white adjacent staff,” a local performer and black race hustler named Soe Noire complained in the Zoom chat via a written comment.

Noire is also reportedly extremely gender confused:

Matellian responded by telling the group of lunatics how much money she’s lost and how much she’s struggled running the business.

“Matellian tells the group her credit score is trashed,” according to the Globe. “For six months, she lived in her truck because she was pouring money into the bar. She is working four different jobs. She is responsible for paying off the $50,000 loan the three took out to launch the business.”

But not surprisingly, the group of “tolerant” leftists freaks, weirdos, and other degenerates didn’t give a single damn. The selfish piglets rarely do.

“[Y]ou chose to use your time to spill tears and center your feelings,” Noire  whined in the Zoom chat. “This is incredibly racist and deflecting behavior.”

As of late September, the bar was still operational, but its future wasn’t looking so bright.

“Saturday, September 12, is the second weekly mask-optional night at Last Ditch,” the Globe’s report reads. “Down a set of stairs, in a small concrete courtyard, a few people mill outside smoking. Another handful linger inside near the bar, under string lights. The dance floor, a wide checkered expanse with a stripper pole at the center, is empty.”
