The DEI dominoes are starting to fall across corporate America with Ford Motor Company being the latest big name to roll back the discriminatory “woke” policies that are now toxic to major brands.
The automobile giant informed employees that it would no longer participate in the scoring system imposed on companies by LGBTQ+ lobbying powerhouse the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) which has used coercive tactics to bully businesses into falling in line behind the homosexual/transgender agenda.
In the statement which came as conservative filmmaker Robby Starbuck said he was investigating the company, Ford CEO Jim Farley told employees, “We are mindful that our employees and customers hold a wide range of beliefs, and the external and legal environment related to political and social issues continues to evolve” and that the company has “taken a fresh look at our policies and practices.”

Farley also said that the decision was made to “stop participating in external culture surveys such as the Human Rights Campaign’s Corporate Equality Index and various ‘best places to work’ lists.”
“This isn’t everything we want but it’s a great start. We’re now forcing multi-billion dollar organizations to change their policies without even posting just from fear they have of being the next company that we expose,” Starbuck said in a post to X.
Ford’s rejection of their poisonous rating system drew a furious reaction from the Human Rights Campaign which posted a foot-stomping mad statement to X and locked down the replies in a cowardly manner.
Today, @Ford ABANDONED its values and commitments to an inclusive workplace, cowering to MAGA weirdo Robby Starbuck.

Starbuck jabbed the HRC over the temper tantrum and put the organization on notice that the days of its dominance of big corporations are coming to an end.
“Hilarious. Sorry @HRC but your spending power is nothing compared to conservatives who buy Ford trucks. Literally nothing. You have no sizable public support which is why your people won’t debate me. Your influence in corporate America was a house of cards and I pushed the first card to topple it. Your support comes from woke government, globalist elites, gender studies professors and college Marxists. My support comes from everyday working class people who make our country run everyday,” he said on X.

In another sign that the DEI backlash is now fully underway, Bud Light kicked off the football season with a new ad featuring comedian Shane Gillis as the brand seeks a return to the good old days before the Dylan Mulvaney fiasco soured beer drinkers on the company’s embrace of left-wing politics.
Even @Shanemgillis will admit, there’s nothing better than a Bud Light during college football season

In “The Dean’s Office” ad, the anti-woke comedian plays a college football coach as a dean tries to get a player to confess to accusations of plagiarism by presenting him with an ice-cold bucket of Bud Light that does the trick, only on “Coach Herb” and the dean.
Starbuck has done America a huge service with his work in exposing the bigoted DEI policies adopted by major corporations and has now added Ford to a trophy wall that already includes Harley Davidson, John Deere, Tractor Supply, and Lowes.
“We will continue to communicate with our sources in companies we expose and report on any that step out of line. I can promise that if we have to do a second report, it will be much more aggressive,” he vowed. “We are winning and one by one we WILL bring sanity back to corporate America.”
