Lindsay Graham mocking Greta Thunberg as she heads for Gaza has some serious trigger power

Sen. Lindsay Graham, R-South Carolina, has upset leftists with his comment on Greta Thunberg’s Gaza flotilla.

The Swedish climate activist set sail for Gaza on a flotilla from Sicily, a second attempt at reaching the region after the first was allegedly thwarted by drones while approaching the Malta coast. She framed her participation on the flotilla as being essential to her “humanity” in a statement that called out the “genocide” that Israel has repeatedly denied.

“The moment we stop trying is when we lose our humanity… No matter how dangerous this mission is, it’s not even nearly as dangerous as the silence of the entire world in the face of the livestreamed genocide,” she said.

In response, Graham shared an article on the trip and added the caption: “Hope Greta and her friends can swim!”

This created quite a stir on social media, with people accusing the senator of making some kind of “threat” toward the young woman.

It is believed that the boat will reach its destination in about a week, if it is not intercepted first.
