President Trump will go down as one of the most maligned and bullied presidents in U.S. history, so emotional moments that highlight his genuine empathy are largely ignored by the lamestream media.
Thankfully, X exists where we can see the good, the bad, and the ugly. And on Thursday, there was a lot of good coming from the Oval Office.
Steve Witkoff, a businessman and real estate developer, shared a moving story about longtime friend, President Donald Trump.
Wikoff, who serves as U.S. Special Envoy to the Middle East and Special Envoy for Peace Missions, was clearly emotional as he praised Trump for signing an executive order to battle drug addiction.
“I want to tell the story about this,” he began.
“I came to the opioid conference and the president did not know I was coming because I was invited by the First Lady.
“And he leaned over and saw me in the aisle, and he looked at me and he said, Steve. And then he realized why I was there, because I had lost my son Andrew,” Wikoff continued as he praised Trump for being an “incredible friend” through that terrible time.
“And the President was an incredible friend, when I lost him, I lived in his building at 502 Park Avenue. And I remember when him and the First Lady came and I talked about this all the time.”
“And so he took my hand and he said to me, come on up to the stage and tell the world about your boy Andrew …He is a very special man, and he’s begun and led the fight against opioid addiction and alcoholism.
“And it’s just my blessing to work for you sir,” he concluded.
Steve Witkoff just delivered one of the most eye-watering moments from the Oval Office.
As President Trump signed an executive order to battle drug addiction, Witkoff shared the emotional story of what Trump did for him after his son Andrew passed away from addiction.

We keep hearing these incredibly positive statements about wonderful things @POTUS does behind the scenes when no one is looking.

That says A LOT. Or, at least it should.
This was so touching especially for those of us who have been touched by addiction.

For the life of me, I cannot understand anyone that doesn’t see what we see in President Trump. Please, Lord lift the veil that the evil one has put over the eyes of these people. Amen.

Trump has a very special group of people on his team. Its disgusting what the evil demoncrats say about these people that pretty much all gave up huge salaries and wealthy lives to work for Trump in his administration and help save America.
