A video clip from Madonna’s Celebration tour was making the rounds this week, with the 65-year-old singer seen “dancing energetically” while holding onto a bar positioned behind her.
Suffice it to say, the video was not well received — but then, why would you expect a geriatric pop diva to be?

The tweet irked some, who went out of their way to point out that Madonna is dancing on a moving platform in the clip and was holding onto the bar for her safety.
“[D]umb asses got jokes, but failed to mention the fact that she’s dancing on a MOVING PLATFORM,” one social media user tweeted, adding an anger emoji.
That posted prompted an “ageist” charge against Madonna’s critics from a social media user who cried, “She is on a thin platform that is moving across the top of the audience! Of course there’s a bar! She’s also clipped onto it!”

Still, the responses came hard and heavy, suggesting Madonna may want to rethink her approach to performing.
