The largest teachers’ union in America has been promoting leftist, anti-American dogma, according to an investigation.
Documents obtained by Defending Education show that the National Education Association (NEA) held an “Advancing LGBTQ+ Justice” conference at the start of the month.
From start to finish, the event was littered with leftist activist jargon, propaganda, and nonsense.

During the conference, attendees were shown PowerPoint slides pertaining to “race, class, and gender justice, as well as campaign-building, transgender terminology, transition plans, and gender.”
“Throughout our time together, we will explore examples of racism, ableism, heterosexism, and sexism,” an introductory PowerPoint slide read. “By exploring these together, we can begin the process of unlearning our own internal oppression.”
Another slide contained a land acknowledgement pledge, coupled with a call for attendees to educate themselves about the “suppressed” indigenous history of “what we now call the United States of America.”
The remainder of the slides were almost all focused on LGBT+ activism.
“42 out of 95 informative slides included graphics featuring pride and/or trans flags, including dogs wearing pride flags, a visual image of gender unicorn dreaming about a rainbow, as well as various rainbow keys and graphics,” according to Defending Education.
Anti-Americanism was also seen in these slides.
“Oppressed people’s stories are deliberately kept out of the telling of the story of what we know as the United States of America,” one slide read.
“What we now call the United States of America is still an uncomfortable, awkward, and sometimes unsafe place to be a member of the LGBTQ+ community,” the slide continued.
One slide claimed that “people’s gender identity and sexual orientation can shift at different times” because gender is a “fluid” concept.
This fluidity was further expounded on with an introduction to ridiculous, fake gender so-called “identities” like “genderqueer,” “agender,” “bigender,” “demiboy,” “demigirl,” etc.
Another slide listed alleged dog whistles to avoid, such as “homosexual,” “homosexuality,” “sexual preference,” and “biological.”
One slide directed audience members to a video about so-called “neopronouns” produced by Jeffrey Marsh, a groomer known for encouraging LGBT kids to hide stuff from their parents.

As previously reported, the NEA has a history of coaching teachers on how to effectively indoctrinate children into leftist dogma, especially regarding LGBT issues.
The NEA also has a history of attacking Republican politicians.
“The right has exploited ignorance about transgender people and our lack of an affirmative, race-forward message to advance anti-trans attacks, further splinter and impugn the left, and sabotage progressives on a broad range of issues,” one of the slides from this month’s conference read.
“Over the last ten years, Republicans in state legislatures have increasingly turned to anti-transgender rhetoric and legislation as a powerful complement to their arsenal of racist dog whistles used to whip up fear and consolidate power,” the slide continued.

Another consistent theme throughout the union’s teaching materials was the idea that teachers should never talk a student out of their pseudo “gender identity” or question their decision to “transition” to another gender through sex-change surgery.
And finally, the slides from the December LGBT+ event contained instructions and guides on how to campaign on behalf of the Democratic Party.
The nation’s two largest teachers unions funneled nearly $50 MILLION to left-wing groups since 2022.
