Man says IRS rejected his tax return over dependents claimed – wait until you see why

A video is going viral after one man claims the IRS sent back his tax return over America’s dependents.

Tax season is upon us, and while the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) prepares to sift through hundreds of millions of tax returns, one man’s video is putting the entire ritual into perspective.

Watch:

“The IRS returned my tax return this year after I apparently answered one of their questions incorrectly. In response to their question, do I have any dependents or do I have anyone dependent upon me, I answered ‘Yes, 9.5 million illegal immigrants, 650 idiots in Washington, 80,000 criminals in Minnesota, and 3.4 million people on unemployment.’ And then the IRS stated to me that my answer was unacceptable, so I wrote them back, ‘Did I leave anybody out?'”

Versions of this joke have existed for years, but after the corruption that has been exposed over the last year, it’s enough to make one stop and think that maybe there’s a good point here. Why are middle-class Americans, those living paycheck to paycheck and having to juggle a growing number of financial responsibilities, the ones footing the bill for everyone else?
