Marjorie Taylor Greene and Laura Loomer go public with their feud after accusations fly over Trump advice

A war of words has erupted between two prominent Trump supporters over who should be advising former President Donald Trump.

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, the first Trump supporter, believes right-wing activist Laura Loomer shouldn’t be advising Trump.

“This is such an important election. I don’t think that she has the experience or the right mentality to advise,” she told reporters on Wednesday.

“I do know this, that her rhetoric and her tone does not match the base, it does not match MAGA, it does not match most Republicans I know. And I’m really denouncing it. I’m over it,” she added.

When Greene referred to Loomer’s “rhetoric” and “tone,” she specifically meant a Twitter/X post that was published on Sunday.

“If @KamalaHarris wins, the White House will smell like curry & White House speeches will be facilitated via a call center and the American people will only be able to convey their feedback through a customer satisfaction survey at the end of the call that nobody will understand,” the tweet reads.

Reportedly meant as a joke, the tweet from Loomer has since been flagged as “hateful” by X.

Greene has also called the tweet out:

Loomer did not take kindly to Greene calling her out. In a lengthy reply, she accused Greene of “behaving like a leftist.”

“Once again, @mtgreenee who is extremely jealous and vindictive over the fact that she wasn’t successful in turning Donald Trump against me is now behaving like a leftist and accusing me of being ‘racist,'” she wrote.

Greene responded shortly thereafter by writing in a tweet about how she used to be friends with Loomer up until she refused to endorse her over a better candidate.

“Laura and I used to be friends going back to 2018,” she wrote. “I used to defend her and support her like in this post here. I endorsed her first run for congress, donated to her, and fundraised for her and then she lost.”

“Then when she ran again against Daniel Webster, I told her to run in another district, so she could win, but she refused. When I didn’t endorse her, she turned on me and began attacking me and lying about me,” she added.

Meanwhile, according to reports, Loomer’s been busy advising Trump, including right before Tuesday night’s debate.

“Laura Loomer was on the plane ride to the debate with him, egging him on,” Axios reported Thursday.

But in listening to Loomer’s advice, Trump reportedly wound up ignoring the advice of his other advisers.

“He was told to repeatedly ask why Harris hadn’t used her power as vice president to do all the wonderful things she promises today,” Axios notes. “Taunt and bait her on her vice-presidential record, he was told. Make her own the border, inflation, crime, trouble overseas.”

“He was told to repeatedly remind viewers that Harris wants to focus on the future because the present is more bleak and her past is much more liberal than she presents today. Simply ask viewers: Do you feel richer and safer today than you did under Trump?” according to Axios.

Loomer also reportedly attended a 9/11 commemoration event this week alongside Trump.
