Mark Levin savaged by Trump supporters for posting link to DeSantis donations page

Fox News host Mark Levin was pummeled by supporters of former President Donald J. Trump after he posted a link to a fundraising page for Ron DeSantis shortly after the Florida governor made it official that he had joined the race for the White House on Wednesday.

On a night when DeSantis’ big announcement was plagued by a series of inexplicable technical problems with Twitter where he went directly to the people, drawing mockery from Trump loyalists, President Joe Biden, Democrats, and other media leftists who all portrayed the brief glitches as an unmitigated disaster, the rising GOP rock star did manage to get his message out and got an immediate boost in donations to his campaign.

The host of “Life, Liberty & Levin” drew a savage reaction from MAGA Twitter when, shortly after the Twitter Spaces event ended, he sent out the link to the candidate’s WinRed donations page to his 3.5 million followers.

Levin’s helping hand to DeSantis was viewed as tantamount to treason by Trump’s diehard followers who view the Sunshine State Republican as a mortal enemy, and they unloaded on the bestselling author and talk show host.

Earlier on Wednesday, before the Twitter Spaces campaign rollout, Levin hosted DeSantis on his nationally syndicated radio show which isn’t carried by Fox News.
