Meghan McCain dumps on abusive ‘crazy old people’ at The View

There doesn’t seem to be any love lost between Meghan McCain and her former co-hosts at “The View” whom she slammed as “crazy old people” after tensions boiled up earlier this month.

Having done her time enduring the abuse as the show’s token conservative punching bag, McCain departed the popular ABC daytime gabfest in 2021, with her spot at the table eventually being filled by former Trump White House staffer Alyssa Farah Griffin, and she’s not missing it.

During an appearance on the latest edition of Michael Malice’s “Your Welcome” podcast, the daughter of deceased longtime Republican Senator John McCain unpacked her feelings with the host and they were still pretty raw after she was smeared by Ana Navarro who likened her to degenerate presidential son Hunter Biden.

“The thing about ‘The View’ is that I didn’t know when I signed my contract with ABC that this is forever, that, for the rest of my life, I’m going to be bullied, yelled at, abused, and brought up for years,” McCain said in the interview that debuted on Wednesday.

“I haven’t been on that show in years,” she said. “I’m just trying to live my life.”

“I just didn’t know that when I signed to do this show that I have to deal with these crazy old people just yelling about me all of the time,” McCain added. “I go whole swaths of time without thinking about them, whole months without thinking about the show or anything. Apparently, I’m just on their minds every day. And it’s pathetic.”

Earlier this month, the easily combustible Latina and the “crazy old people” around the table were discussing the latest exploits of Joe Biden’s crooked ex-crackhead problem child after he flouted a congressional subpoena by reading a statement at the Capitol and playing the victim. Navarro took a cheap shot at her former colleague during the table talk.

“Joe Biden’s crime is being Hunter Biden’s father and being Hunter Biden’s very loving father, very good father. Very supportive father,” said Navarro, a fervent supporter of the deeply unpopular octogenarian career politician.

“Look, did Hunter Biden influence peddle on his last name? Yes, he did. So did half of Washington. People sitting at this table did it,” she stated and, while not specifically naming McCain, there was no doubt who it was that she meant.

“Actually, who at this table peddled on their last name?” Farah Griffin asked.

“I’m not talking about currently,” Navarro said as the women and their audience laughed hysterically.

But McCain didn’t find it humorous.

“I don’t understand why my former colleagues @TheView @ABC bring me up and slander me on an almost weekly basis. It has been years – move on, I have,” she said on X. “I have never been accused of a crime in my life and am a patriotic American – I would never and have never ‘influenced peddled’ in my life, let alone with foreign adversaries. Not all politicians children are the same – and I am no Hunter Biden.”

“All accusations are absurd, defamatory and slanderous,” she added. “I will be consulting my lawyers regarding what was libeled against me on The View this morning.”

“@TheView is an @ABC News program. I do not take it lightly when any news program suggests I engage in criminal behavior, especially as a former employee of ABC News,” McCain added after her threat to sue.
