Sickening images appear to show a migrant attempting to cook a cat at what appears to be an Italian playground.
The photos are going viral on social media as people express their disgust at the Nigerian migrant’s suspected actions.

As Libs of TikTok indicated, the man was arrested for the incident. However, a report from Italian outlet Città della Spezia indicates that there are no charges being pressed against the man at this time.
“Yesterday afternoon’s temporary arrest resulted in no charges being filed against the man photographed by residents of Crociata Park in Sarzana as he was about to consume a cat on a makeshift grill set up in a clearing in the park. Investigations conducted by police officers were unable to determine whether the animal was killed by the Nigerian man or was already dead. Upon their arrival, officers found the fire already out and the man far from the animal,” they reported. “Witnesses who witnessed the scene did not provide any useful information to reconstruct the incident in detail, which could have led to a charge of animal cruelty. The man, despite his language barrier, reportedly claimed he was hungry.”
Mayor Cristina Ponzanelli was disappointed by the decision.
“How is it possible that people who demonstrate a disregard for the fundamental rules of civil co-existence can continue to roam freely throughout Italy without real consequences?” she asked. “This is no longer acceptable.”
