A criminal alien living in Alabama has been arrested for reportedly raping a “mentally incapacitated” 14-year-old girl.
“On Monday, March 25, 23-year-old Pablo Mendoza was arrested by Enterprise Police and charged with rape in the first degree,” local station WDHN reported.
“According to a complaint filed in the Coffee County court system on the day of his arrest, Mendoza had sex with a fourteen-year-old girl who could not consent due to her being ‘physically helpless or mentally incapacitated,'” the station noted.

The rape reportedly occurred on Tuesday, Feb. 20th, and Mendoza has since been identified as a criminal alien.
“Mendoza is being held in the Coffee County Jail without bond pending an Aniah’s Law hearing with Judge Joshua Wilson,” WDHN further noted. “Sheriff Byrd says once Mendoza’s case is finished in Alabama, he will be deported back to his home country.”
Responding to reports of Mendoza’s crimes, Alabama Sen. Tommy Tuberville slammed President Joe Biden and his policies, essentially blaming both for the 14-year-old girl’s rape.

Mendoza’s arrest comes just days after another criminal alien allegedly murdered Michigan woman Ruby Garcia, 25.
“A man arrested Sunday by Michigan State Police has been charged with murder and weapons offenses in the shooting death of a woman whose body was found beside a Grand Rapids freeway late Friday,” Grand Rapids station WOOD reported earlier this week.
“Charges against 25-year-old Brandon Ortiz-Vite, who officials say was in the U.S. illegally, include felony murder and carjacking. He was arraigned on five felony charges Tuesday afternoon; bond was denied,” according to the station.
It’s believed he’d been dating the victim.
“Through the investigation, it is apparent that he and the victim, Ruby, were in a romantic relationship,” Kent County Prosecutor Chris Becker said at a news conference. “So this is another case of a domestic violence homicide that we’ve seen, quite frankly, far too often over the last few years.”

The blame on Biden stems from his purposeful decision to roll back former President Donald Trump’s successful border policies and implement a veritable open borders policy instead.
Since Biden assumed office in early 2021, millions of criminal aliens have been allowed into the United States.
Many critics believe the president is purposefully importing voters to benefit the Democrat Party’s electoral chances. This theory is boosted by evidence showing that the never-ending influx of criminal illegal aliens across the southern border could significantly impact states’ representation in the House and Electoral College.
The problem is a law that Biden signed in January of 2021 that forces the U.S. Census Bureau to factor in all residents, including criminal aliens, when measuring the census.
“As a result, the apportionment of House seats and, therefore, electoral votes for presidential elections, could be swayed as migrants continue to pour over the southern border,” Fox News notes.

Mark Krikorian, the executive director of the Center for Immigration Studies, is particularly worried about this.
“Illegal immigration has all kinds of effects and among them is that it distorts the mechanics of democratic government,” he told Fox News. “Illegal immigrants aren’t even supposed to be here, so their inclusion in the census count for purposes of apportionment really is outrageous.”
“There are a lot of close votes in Congress, more than there used to be. So, it can, in fact, make a difference. It shouldn’t be a question of: Does this give you personally more influence in Washington? The question should be: Is it right? Is it healthy for our democratic process to be distorted this way? The answer is no,” he added.
