Mike Lindell reports how FBI just stopped him at Hardees and took his cell phone, with a warrant

MyPillow founder and CEO Mike Lindell, a prominent supporter of President Donald Trump, announced Tuesday night that he had been stopped by the FBI and had his cell phone seized in the process.

The shocking news that Lindell was stopped at a Hardee’s restaurant in Minnesota while heading home from a hunting trip with a friend swept the internet and prompted plenty of concern about a rogue FBI under President Joe Biden engaging in what amounts to a political purge against Trump supporters in the eyes of many.

“The FBI came after me and took my phone, they surrounded me at a Hardees and took my phone I run all my businesses, everything with,” Lindell said in a video making the rounds. “What they have done is weaponize the FBI. It’s disgusting.”

“And they told me not to tell anybody,” he added, with a laugh.

In a separate video, Lindell offered more details on the stop.

“Cars pulled up in front of us, to the side of us, and behind us and I said those are either bad guys or the FBI. Well, it turns out they were the FBI,” he explained.

“And he says ‘we’re FBI,'” Lindell said. “He says, ‘show me your badges.’ So they showed one badge. They said, ‘how about yours’? You know, I’m ’cause I don’t trust anybody. Like, you know, they’re bad people. Well, they do that. And they said, what do you want? And, and says, we need to talk to you. So I pull over…”

Fox News host Tucker Carlson reported on the development, calling the FBI raid of Mike Lindell “peak insanity” and adding that “this can’t continue.”

“We told you last night that the Biden administration has politicized law enforcement to the point where it feels Soviet and we were not overstating it. The FBI has just raided the guy who sells pillows on this channel. Not because the pillows are bad, but because they don’t like who he voted for,” Carlson said.

Conservative personality Benny Johnson tweeted, “The real ‘threat to democracy’ is the Regime that raids its political opponents and seizes their phones for having the wrong opinions. The Biden Regime, once again, PROVED itself undeniably EVIL tonight.”

Tom Fitton, president of Judicial Watch, called it a “purge” that would make Russian President Vladimir Putin “blush.”

“The ongoing Biden purge is without precedent in our nation. Biden raid on the home of former President Trump in concert with retaliatory harassment of dozens of Trump supporters and other critics of Biden by his DOJ/FBI. This would make Putin blush,” he tweeted.

Fitton also tweeted:

These are indeed unprecedented times, even dangerous times, and the reaction to Lindell being raided in the street was swift:
